This meditation will require focus and discipline.
Do not let your mind wander.
If you notice you have become lost in thinking during this meditation,
Return your attention back to the present.
Reset,
Re-center,
Refocus as many times as necessary.
Become aware of your current experience.
Observe your current experience as a singular whole.
Do not divide any element of experience into categories.
Make no distinction between the senses,
Bodily sensations,
Thoughts,
Or the external world.
Simply consider all of these things to be one experience.
Allowing all experience to merge together like a layered textured collage.
But notice,
Without the mind categorizing and dividing up the elements of experience,
These boundaries and categories disappear.
Nothing is actually separate.
The mind does not observe separation and division.
The mind creates it.
So simply ceasing the activity of division and categorization,
And realize clearly no such thing exists.
So too,
There is no time.
The mind does not measure and observe time.
The mind creates time.
Cease the activity of creating time,
And the illusion of time simply vanishes.
Experience reality without the mind,
And see the truth.
Cease the activity of analyzing,
Labeling,
Interpreting.
Instead,
Experience reality raw.
Just what is.
With the experience of reality simplified in this way,
Now become aware of the awareness that is aware of reality.
Notice consciousness.
Retreat all the way back out of experience,
And return to the awareness that is aware of experience.
The consciousness that witnesses all of experience is neutral,
Impartial,
Empty.
To be aware of your experience does not contain the activity of division.
Categorization or analysis.
To be aware of your experience is just that,
Simple awareness.
Withdraw your attention away from experience now,
And pull it back home to this pure consciousness,
Unmixed,
Uncolored by experience.
There is no world.
There is no mind.
There is no body.
There is no person.
There is no time.
There is no space.
Nothing ever began.
Nothing will ever end.
And nothing is happening now.
Everything contained within experience might suggest to the contrary.
But we are not interested in the content of experience at this time.
We are interested in consciousness.
Consciousness clearly perceives this emptiness.
Nothing.
Nothing.
Nothing.
Experience is not evidence that anything is happening.
Experience is evidence only of consciousness.
Thank you for doing this meditation with me today.
Take care,
Be well,
And stay present.
