Beginning from a space of total acceptance Be aware of everything in your current experience With just a sense of allowing Allow everything to be just as it is See if it's possible to just be in this moment without any resistance Not trying to push anything away just observe and allow And seeing if it's possible to be in this moment without any avoidance Simply not trying to get away from anything Instead just being in the now with whatever is present Just observe No action is required now This natural automatic observation A sense of being Releasing all tendency towards analyzing,
Categorizing,
Naming Do not engage with any of that Instead just sink into that space of pure awareness Just be the awareness Make no distinction between the outer and inner world You can observe both of these things equally And see if it's possible to just move towards that space of total acceptance Even all that content of the inner world,
The mind,
The emotions,
The narratives Well just leave it all as it is,
Nothing to be done And leaving the external world To just unfold as it always does Do not try to be involved Just let go Noticing that all the activity within experience of the body,
The mind and world Unfolds naturally Continually changing,
Coming and going And it does this whether you are involved or not So simply remaining fully indifferent to the entirety of experience And remaining uninvolved As though reality has nothing to do with you at all Just stay out of it A sense that everything is fine just as it is Even the areas we ordinarily wish to change Just noticing that this too is simply being worked through Processed Is evolving Shifting Shifting,
Rumbling And by taking the perspective of pure,
Neutral,
Indifferent awareness We allow inner and outer world To simply unfold Naturally And to process and heal itself All is well Release,
Release,
Release Allowing everything to simply be as it is Coming,
Going Changing Leave it all well alone In a moment we will be leaving the formal aspect of the meditation But as we begin to rejoin normal daily activities See if it's possible to do so with this open space This Ever accepting,
Ever allowing space of being Simply loosening the tendency towards resistance Avoidance or control And just begin to notice if things get a little smoother in daily life Thank you for doing this meditation with me today Take care,
