This meditation is suitable for a simple but powerful daily practice in which you begin your day in a space of uncluttered, grounded presence. Keeping the focus of the mind entirely on the breath prevents our usual morning habit of overthinking, worrying, and stress. Nothing to be done for ten minutes but breathe. I prefer meditation in the morning and it was crucial in my recovery from anxiety.
