Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.
In this meditation we will be cleansing the body,
Cleansing the auric field,
Helping the body to relax and unwind,
Easing stress and anxiety,
And coming back to our center and our presence.
We will begin our meditation by taking a deep breath in through the nose,
Filling the belly,
Chest and head,
And briefly holding it at the top.
And slowly release through the nose,
All the air comes out.
And slowly release through the nose,
All the air comes out.
Continuing to take deep breaths.
Filling the belly,
Chest and head all the way.
And letting go.
Letting go of any frustration,
Anger,
Bitterness,
Any anxiety or fear that may come up.
Just letting it go with the breath.
Letting it fade away and whisper away with the wind.
Breathing in.
Letting go.
And I'll invite you to breathe in a beautiful,
Bright golden light on your next inhale.
This golden light is pure love and healing energy.
And hold the breath at the top.
Visualizing and allowing this golden energy,
This beautiful loving light to heal the body.
Moving from the head to the neck,
To the chest,
The arms all the way down to the fingers,
To the belly,
And the hips,
The legs,
All the way down into your toes.
Clearing and healing any tense energy that you have in the body.
Feeling this beautiful golden light.
Letting it clear and clean and heal any area that needs to be healed.
I invite you on the exhale to imagine any of the energy that's being broken up by the golden light.
Any energy that no longer serves you.
Any energy you'd like to get rid of and let go.
Imagine it coming out of the nose in a dark purple cloud.
Visualize it coming out of a reservoir inside of your belly.
So breathing in the beautiful golden light,
Healing light.
Letting go of the dark purple cloud of energy that no longer serves you.
Letting it come through the nose and leave the body and just disappear in the air.
Never to return again.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose.
Breathing in the beautiful healing energetic light.
Letting go of the energy that no longer serves you through a dark purple cloud of smoke.
Continuing to breathe.
Breathing in the beautiful light,
Healing the body,
Healing your spirit.
And breathing out any energy that no longer serves you.
Cleaning the body.
Cleaning the soul.
Cleaning your essence.
Any anger or frustration or harsh energy that may come up.
Just let it go with the breath.
With this dark cloud as you exhale.
Just letting go of any energy that you no longer want or need.
Letting it leave the body with your breath.
Continuing to breathe.
Visualizing the beautiful light.
In the dark cloud of energy leaving the body.
Breathing in the beautiful light.
Breathing out any energy that you no longer want or need.
Just let it go with the breath.
Breathing in the beautiful light.
Now that the body is purified and cleaned through your intention.
And action.
When you exhale,
You'll see nothing but beautiful golden light.
Inhaling the beautiful golden light deeply into the belly through the nose.
And exhaling the same light.
Becoming a cycle of beautiful healing energy through the body.
Cleansed of any energy that no longer serves you.
Inhaling the beautiful light.
Exhaling the beautiful light.
Inhaling.
And exhaling.
I now invite you to imagine something that you are grateful for.
Maybe a spouse or your child or even a pet.
Maybe it's your journey,
Your path in life or your creative endeavor.
Whatever it is,
Allow it to be in your consciousness.
And feel it with all your heart.
Use this beautiful golden energy that is cycling through you.
To pour gratitude into this beautiful reminder.
That you have so much to be grateful for.
For your arms and legs.
For your mind.
For your heart.
And for whatever it is that you feel most grateful for.
That you see in your mind's eye right now.
I invite you to take a deep breath of this gratitude.
Breathing it in and holding it at the top.
And breathing it out.
Breathing it in.
And breathing it out.
Enjoy this feeling of peace,
Gratitude,
Appreciation and love.
It's time to experience your cleansed body,
Cleansed aura.
Enjoy this feeling and carry it with you throughout your day.
Sharing this gratitude with others.
