Attract Abundance Meditation

This guided meditation is designed to powerfully attract abundance into your life through affirmations and a deep meditative state. Utilize this meditation in the morning before your day, or in the evening as you drift off to sleep.

Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.

My name is Ben Holtz and in this meditation we are going to be attracting abundance beyond your wildest dreams.

You will be utilizing the power of affirmations as well as deep meditative state.

The first part of this meditation is a simple visualization practice where you will be relaxing very,

Very deeply.

And the second part is an affirmations practice where I will be speaking affirmations of abundance and your job is to simply relax and receive.

So go ahead and get prepared by sitting up straight and tall,

Eyes closed or lying down.

The key is to be comfortable and relaxed.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Filling up all the way.

Open the mouth and sigh it out.

Two more just like that.

One more.

In a few moments you are going to be more relaxed than you've ever known yourself to be.

I'm going to mention certain parts of your body and as I do I want you to just feel that part begin to relax fully.

Just feel that part of the body begin to relax completely.

In order to help you relax I want you to imagine yourself in a beautifully magical forest.

It's almost night time there and the sky is a beautiful indigo blue.

The stars are coming out and the moon is lighting up the rich forest trees.

Off in the distance you hear a beautifully hypnotic bubbling brook and the crickets seem to be lulling you to sleep.

And as you lie motionless you begin noticing a wonderfully white light just above your head.

This white light is the most relaxing light you could possibly imagine.

And as it begins to lower around the crown of your head you seem to be touched with a desire and willingness to relax deeper and deeper with every breath you take.

Continuing to lower down this light begins to touch the forehead and as it does I want you to feel all the little frown lines,

All the little worry lines in the forehead just seem to disappear.

The forehead smooths out and feels so relaxed.

You feel this relaxing light coming around the eyes now.

Now the eyelids seem to become very,

Very heavy.

So heavy they don't even seem to want to open.

They may flutter a little bit and that's okay.

Just feel how heavy they are.

And as the relaxation comes down around the facial muscles now,

All the little muscles in the face just begin to relax.

Relaxation comes further down around the mouth now and all the hundreds of little muscles around the mouth just begin to relax.

So much so that the lower jawbone becomes heavy and the teeth begin to part.

The mouth may even open up a little bit with relaxation as you continue deeper and deeper and deeper with each and every breath.

The relaxation goes to the back of the neck now down around the shoulders.

So much tension seems to go to our shoulders but now you feel the shoulders just begin to relax fully.

You can even feel them drop a little bit and the relaxation seems to go to the backbone now.

And as it does go down the spinal column,

It seems to go out to the sides so that every little muscle,

Every little nerve and fiber in the back just begin to fully and completely relax.

The relaxation seems to come now to the small of the back around the bottom and this warm sense of relaxation comes to the back of the thigh now into the hollow of the knee around the calf of the leg,

Around the heels to the bottom of the foot and each and every toe just relaxes more and more as you go deeper and deeper and even deeper into deep relaxation.

Calm,

Very peaceful,

Very relaxed and now if necessary allow yourself to shift your body however you need in order to become even more comfortable and become even more relaxed.

We are going to proceed to relax the rest of you now starting with the throat muscles.

Feel the throat muscles just start to relax.

Every relaxation comes down the fronts of the shoulders,

Down the upper arms over the elbow down the forearms to the hands and each and every finger just relaxes more and more as you go deeper,

Deeper and deeper,

Fully relaxed.

Just relaxing,

Doing so very well now and as you continue to relax,

Feel the relaxation now coming back to the throat muscles down into the chest and all the muscles and organs within the chest now just begin to relax.

This relaxation continues down to the stomach area and all the muscles and organs within the stomach just seem to relax.

This warm sensation of relaxation goes down into the thighs,

Over the knees,

Down the shin bone,

Across the instep of the foot and into the foot itself.

Each and every toe just relaxes more and more as you go deeper and deeper and deeper relaxing more and more deeply becoming very calm,

Very relaxed.

Now I want you to imagine yourself standing in this forest and at the base of the feet is a beautiful stone stairway that leads downward into a very safe valley of relaxation.

This staircase will lead you into a profound state of deep relaxation.

We're going to go down these stairs now and as I count backwards from 10 to 0 each number will take you deeper and deeper and even deeper when you are ready to go down these stairs gently on your head.

That's good.

Perfect.

10 take the first step down.

9 deeper and deeper.

8 way down now.

7 deeper and deeper.

6 deeper feeling very relaxed.

5 deeper and deeper.

4 you're going into a very deep state of relaxation now.

3 going deeper and deeper.

2 so relaxed you're too relaxed to even move feeling very calm.

1 at the next number you will enter a beautiful place of peace and tranquility called deep deep relaxation more relaxed and peaceful than you've ever known yourself to be.

And 0.

Continue to relax now.

Feel the relaxation in your body and mind.

You find it easy and effortless to attract large sums of money from multiple sources on an ongoing basis.

You have plenty of money in your bank account to invest to own a beautiful home to live the life of your dreams.

You see yourself enjoying large sums of money by enjoying time with your family on vacation living wherever you want traveling wherever you want whenever you want with everyone you love.

You see yourself completely abundance living an incredibly abundant lifestyle giving away money because you have so much helping others in need giving plenty to your family and having so much left over to enjoy for yourself.

You find it easy and effortless to earn large sums of money from multiple sources on an ongoing basis money simply flows to you effortlessly and easily.

You have the ability to fund your children's education to give away to those in need to support your family fully and to enjoy your life to the fullest.

You have so much abundance in your life.

You can hear yourself laughing and playing with your family because you have so much time,

Energy,

And wealth to share with them.

You release any blocks that may be keeping you from earning large sums of money.

You are no longer blocked by anything at all.

And now money will flow effortlessly and easily to you in every way possible.

You feel yourself enjoying free time because you don't have to be at work.

You have plenty of abundance,

Plenty of time to enjoy doing what you love all of the time.

You are the captain of your ship.

You are the decider of your life.

You realize now how easy it is and effortless it is to earn large sums of money.

You laugh at yourself because before you thought it was hard.

But now you see just how easy and effortless it really is.

You decide that you are the captain of your life.

You decide that money flows to you effortlessly and easily in so many different ways.

You are abundant.

You are unstoppable.

You are giving.

You are free.

You release the belief that money is hard to earn and that you don't have enough time to enjoy your life.
