We often find it easier to offer compassion to others than to ourselves, yet we are just as deserving of it. This guided meditation explores what it is like to offer ourselves compassion, and to receive compassion from ourself. As we practice sitting in loving awareness of ourself the way we would sit in support of a dear friend, we build our own resilience and a sense that we are cared for and supported.
