So please come to a comfortable seat.

Roll your shoulders down your spine,

Rest your hands on your knees or your thighs,

And take some long slow deep breaths in and out.

If you feel comfortable,

Close your eyes.

And imagine that you can see your own body,

Like picture yourself sitting right where you are.

And imagine that there's a line that goes right through the center of the body,

Right through the center of the head,

The nose,

The mouth,

All the way down the chin,

The throat,

The chest,

All the way down the belly,

And then legs are separated off to right and left.

So start to connect to your body as having a right and a left.

And then imagine that all of the energy moves from the right side of the body into the left side.

Imagine that all of the blood,

All of the organs,

All of the bones,

Like everything that's on the right side of the body,

Moves over onto the left side.

So it's almost like now you're your body heavy because it's so light on the left side and the right side is so heavy and so full.

Imagine that like every last molecule,

Every atom,

All the way very down to the very tips of the toes and fingers and the deepest recesses of the brain,

Everything is shifted from the right side to the left side.

And then imagine it's almost like you're removing like a dam and you pull the dam and everything from the right side starts to flow over into the left side.

All of your everything,

All of your blood,

All of your energy,

All of your organs,

All of your bones,

All of your tissues,

Everything is moving from the right side to the left side.

Keep breathing.

Now it feels the same but on the opposite side.

Now the left side of the body full,

The right side of the body completely empty.

Everything is shifted from side to side,

Which means now the left side of the body is so full and the right side is so empty.

Everything,

A renewal of energy,

A time to create space.

And again,

Just like a dam,

Imagine you pull the line from the center and everything moves from the left side of the body back to the right side of the body.

This much quicker now,

It's pouring out of the left side into the right side,

Filling it up.

Everything's out of the left side,

It's totally full on the right side.

And now again,

Switch to the other side.

All the way,

Everything emptying from the right to the left.

And feel it,

All of your energy,

Every atom,

Every molecule,

Every cell move from one side to the other.

And then now just start to notice it almost like waves in the sea.

It moves from the left to the right,

The right to the left,

The left to the right,

And then finds a place settling in center so that you are completely balanced on the right and the left side.

Take a breath.

And then imagine that we draw a line right where your belly button is right across the body,

Dividing the body into top and bottom.

And imagine that something opens right across like a dam right across the navel,

Allowing everything from the top of the body to all the way down into the bottom of the body,

All the way from the tips of the hair follicles,

All the way down,

Everything,

The fingers,

The arms,

Everything from the upper body,

Let's go and releases into the lower body,

The lower body is super full,

Super heavy.

Feel that sensation,

Your upper body is super light,

It almost float away.

And then imagine just almost like osmosis or being in space,

Everything from the bottom of the body starts to make its way all the way up to the tape,

The top,

Filling the empty spaces.

Feel your upper body start to fill and the lower body drain.

So it's like the lower body is like wanting to float off and the upper body feels very heavy.

Imagine everything from the lower body making its way up into the upper body,

Totally cleaning out the lower body,

Reorganizing all of the energy,

All of the space,

Moving any stagnant energy,

Really removing everything from the lower up into the upper,

The upper is so full.

And then we let go from the upper all the way down to the lower,

Everything in the upper body,

All the energy,

Creating space movement,

Removing stagnation,

Everything from the upper body to the lower body,

Super heavy in the lower body,

Super light and expensive in the upper body.

And once again,

We shift everything from the lower body starts to make its way up into the upper body,

Feel yourself strong,

Feel yourself like upper body heavy.

Feel the lower body lightening,

Expanding,

Opening up,

Releasing,

And then start to move it a little quicker.

Imagine that the upper body contents go back to the lower body,

Filling it up,

Everything from the upper body drains all the way down.

And now the down is full and it switches again,

Moving everything from lower body up into upper body,

Filling up every nook,

Every penny and then releasing like the waves on an ocean now goes back down into the lower body and shifts back up into the upper body.

And one more time down to the lower body,

Filling it up,

Emptying the upper body,

And then switch empty the lower body,

Fill the upper and then release into balance.

Feel both upper and lower body completely balanced.

Super chill.

Feel your body energized and awakened yet also calm.

And now one more time,

Imagine your body imagine that the cut is right here on the top of the head and it goes like transverse like or it goes all the way down to the side.

So it cuts down the ear,

It's going to create a front and the back all the way down the neck,

The arms,

The whole torso all the way down.

And then front of the legs,

Back of the legs.

And imagine that all of the energy from the front of the body starts to move from the front and heads into the back.

The front of the body starts to feel very light and the back of the body starts to feel super heavy.

Feel the front of the body completely empty.

All energy moved from the tips of the nose,

The tips of the knees,

The tips of the toes.

There's nothing left.

The front of the body is completely empty and the back of the body is so full,

Carrying everything.

And imagine that just like a dam you kind of pull out that that barrier and all of the energy from the back of the body starts to make its way into the front of the body.

So now the front of the body is heavy,

The back of the body feels very light,

Everything,

All the back of the head,

All the energy back there,

The back of the neck,

Everything that you hide from people.

It's making its way to be seen,

It's moving forward,

Coming into the front of the body,

Allowing the back body to expand,

Allowing any stagnant energy to move,

Coming back to your body.

And imagine a switch once again,

Front of the body starts to empty into the back of the body,

The back of the body fills completely.

Front of the body empties,

Expansion,

Growth,

Movement.

And then one more time,

Everything from the back of the body comes to the front of the body fills the front of the body.

And now it starts to move just like a wave,

You're getting used to this now,

Right?

We move from the back of the body to the front of the body and the front of the body to the back of the body,

Still completely emptying and filling but in such a quicker,

Faster way in which we're starting to then settle in the middle of the energies,

Finding their places,

Settling into center and feel the front and the back of your body completely balanced.

All the energy has been moved and then settled again into another space.

Feel yourself as a whole completely balanced.

Allow yourself to connect to the sensation of balance and calm.

And when you feel ready,

Start to wiggle coming on back.
