Get really comfortable and just slow down and look around.
Take a really deep breath in all the way to the bottom of your lungs.
And then let it out.
Continue to breathe in this way at your own pace.
Inhale fill up your belly,
Fill up your chest.
Exhale,
Let it all out.
Notice your body settling.
Notice the path leading you deeper and deeper into relaxation.
Notice the flowers on your journey,
The mountains in the background,
And the sound of my voice and anything else in the background.
Everything.
Just pulling you deeper into your body.
Deeper into your own relaxation.
Feel your head above your shoulders.
Your shoulders above your elbows.
Your elbows hanging right above your hips.
Think of the windy path ahead of you.
And all the people you meet while on your journey.
How they contribute to your life.
The directions you're given.
And as your body continues to relax and you bring to mind direction,
Is there anything inside of you that your body is trying to tell you?
Any directions that you might not be present to or listening to in this moment that you are ready to open to receive to help propel you forward on your path.
Feel yourself connected to the earth.
Always willing to move forward.
To continue on your journey.
The journey of your life.
So individual.
So special to you.
Continue to focus on your breath.
Allowing any thoughts that want to come up to come up.
Ensuring not to attach to anything.
Knowing that whatever you need will be with you at the end of your meditation.
Trusting that this time these minutes that you're taking for yourself are specific to allow the thoughts to come up.
To acknowledge them and let them flow away.
To support you in going deeper into relaxation.
Slow down and look around.
We're all so focused on the end of the journey.
The destination that I think it becomes very easy to forget that the journey is your life.
Let go of tension.
Let go of stress.
Continue to breathe.
Stay here as long as you need.
