Affirmations are a reprogramming of the mind.
So it takes time.
But affirmations do work.
They work for me.
They work for my clients.
And they work for you too.
Everything about you.
Your life.
Your mood.
Your perception.
It's all created by you.
And just as one has to practice yoga daily to become more flexible over time,
You have to figure out what true happiness looks like for you,
So it becomes easier for you to recognize.
Your habits reshape your identity in a gradual way.
It's slow and nearly impossible to see.
You can rarely tell a difference between who you were yesterday and who you are today.
But every time you renew your commitment to yourself,
To find peace and true happiness in small moments and within,
Your intentional story begins to shift.
Repeat these affirmations after me,
With feeling and intention behind each one.
The feel-good feelings help to bring these into alignment for wherever you need to be.
As you begin,
Take a brief moment to breathe contentment into your heart.
To feel the energy of peace encompassing the space around you.
And just give yourself permission right now to introduce true happiness into your day today.

I can recognize all that I have and I am grateful.
I trust my intuition to guide me in the right direction for my future.
I don't need to be the best of everything to be appreciated.
I can love my life and not love every moment of my life.
I take care of myself so I can take care of those I love.
It's normal to feel like I'm struggling.
It means I care and that I want better.
I can change my mind if I want to.
I am exactly who and what I need to be today.
If something makes me happy,
I give myself permission to do it.
It's okay to go after what I want.
I am proud of myself for doing things out of my comfort zone.
I am more resilient than my fears lead me to believe.
I don't need to accomplish things to prove my worth.
Feeling guilty for not being productive is unnecessary.
My progress doesn't need to be seen or validated by someone to be real.
I inspire people around me every day.
My time is coming.
It's not too late for me.
I don't have to have everything figured out right now.
My potential doesn't have an expiration date.
I am feeling incredibly powerful today.
I am just starting one of the best years of my life.
If I wasn't ready,
I wouldn't have the opportunity.
I am lucky.
I am smart.
I am resourceful.
I am magnificent.
True happiness lives inside of me.
I can let go of who I think I should be.
I can embrace who I am,
Here and now.
Repeating these affirmations daily will help you change your perspective on what truly being happy really feels like for you.
You are ready to find your version of true happiness.
And you're doing incredible things.
