Thank you for joining me today.

And thank you for showing up for yourself.

You are you.

There is no one else like you.

And you are here,

In this world.

The fact that there is no one else exactly like you,

With the same sense of creativity,

The same passions and interests,

You are unique and beautiful.

And so is your life.

And you deserve to not rush through any of it,

But to lean in and to slow down.

Welcome to Coached by Niki Dyer.

Take your time and settle into a comfortable position.

Whatever works for you or feels right,

There is no wrong way to do this.

Close your eyes.

And let's begin by taking a deep breath together.

Inhale through the nose as you hold your breath for a pause.

And let it out.

Breathing in and settling down as you come further into this moment.

Breathing out and letting go of tension and stress and anxiety.

You don't need to worry about getting it just right,

Wondering if this even works.

Just allow yourself to slow down and to be open to being here.

I love inspirational quotes.

And today I want to share a quote with you that inspired me in writing this for you.

Do not try to save the whole world or do anything grandiose.

Instead,

Create a clearing in the dense forest of your life and wait there patiently until the song that is your life falls into your own cupped hands.

Take another deep breath in and slowly let it out.

Letting those words sink into your mind and in your heart.

And letting them become a part of you.

And again,

Take a deep breath in and slowly let it out.

Take your hands and place them over your own beating heart.

And repeat these words back to your soul.

I love you.

I am deserving.

I am creative.

I am growing.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

I am loved.

I am love.

Really feel into the meaning of those words you just recited to yourself.

And internalize them.

Letting them become a part of your very being.

Because each one is true.

Take a deep breath in and slowly let it out.

I want to thank you for taking this time for your mental being today.

Taking the time to slow down.

I believe that the more of us do this every day,

The more the world will become a better place.

And you are part of that.

And I am so proud of you.

Take a final deep breath in.

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes and return back to the room around you.
