Seeing your life in a new,
More positive way can really have a big impact on how you handle stressful moments and your anxious thoughts.
I'd like to invite you to close down your eyes.
Send a signal to your body and mind that you're ready by taking a nice,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
Slower than any breath you've taken so far today.
And as you exhale,
Concentrate on the feeling of release it gives you.
How with every exhale,
You feel more grounded in this present moment.
In this moment,
This is your only priority.
There is nowhere else for you to be and nothing else that needs to be done right now.
These next few minutes,
These are just for you.
As you continue to inhale,
Start to notice that your breath is noticeably deeper than when we first began.
Feeling your lungs expand and the contrast of how they contract as you exhale.
So I want you to think back to one moment in your life where all you wanted is something that you now have.
Whether it's one thing that comes to the front of your mind or several,
Focus on just those moments.
And as you continue to think about that one thing that you used to wish for that you now hold in your current reality,
Feel how your body physically reacts.
As you feel within your body what that improvement feels like,
Letting it fill your heart with warmth,
Feeling into your belly and noticing any tightness or butterflies that appear.
And just take a few moments to feel into this sensation that was created just by your own thoughts.
Shifting your perspective in challenging moments.
It's a powerful tool,
One that you always carry inside of you.
You are ready to welcome good things into your life.
You are aligned with what is about to come to you.
Your energy is magnetic and people are naturally drawn to you.
You are ready for positive experiences.
You can feel joyful and optimistic about the future and what's about to happen.
Because when you're in a mood of happiness,
Gratitude,
And appreciation,
Everything in your life just becomes a little easier.
Because here in this moment,
You now have the greater understanding that you are currently living in one of your answered prayers.
