Find yourself a cozy nook inside your being.
Allow your breath to be that life force that animates your being without forcing it in or out.
Recognize that lift at the chest,
The expansion in the lungs,
The contraction of the diaphragm.
So rare is it that we get to be in silence with ourselves in the darkness of the new moon is an invitation to not force any light to allow the maybe tired,
Maybe slow pace to keep us within.
Can you feel your heartbeat here?
And you don't have to force your heart to beat.
It knows exactly what to do.
Feel the relief that you don't have to work any harder to be alive.
How grateful do you get to be?
Allowing your breath to lengthen,
Allowing the exhale to soften,
Pressure in the temples,
Linked deep with the desire and the need to do things right.
To have answers now,
To come out on top,
To be an example,
To have things together,
Relax,
Create space between the temples now.
Breathing in spaciousness inside the brain.

If there is a presence of a story that's entertained mentally for you,
Be aware of that now without getting sucked into it.
Like if you were watching clouds in the sky just pass by.
Notice that that story,
The meaning,
The circumstance,
It's just there.
And you're breathing.
Soften the temples 1% more.
Notice what it feels like to drop the tongue at the base of the mouth,
Keeping only maybe the tip of the tongue between the palate and the upper teeth.
No force while softening the jaw.
Your head supported by the neck over the shoulders as you draw your awareness down to the shoulder blades and feel them come together,
Hugging the heart.
Hugging the heart.
Like the moon is hugging your within energy.
Allowing the arms by your side to relax and see if you can deepen the breath all the way into the belly,
Expanding at the belly,
Even at the lower back,
Like a balloon that inflates and that deflates as you exhale.
Soft.
With expansion.
Releasing any stuckness from stepping into your most creative self.
Anything between that diaphragm and below the navel.
Anything that feels constricted.
Breathe here.
Your power is here.
It resides within you.
It may be in the darkness of your human body,
But the power itself is light.
It's always shining.
It's always shining.
It's not that the moon is not present.
It's that the lit face of the moon isn't seen from the perspective of the earth.
It's not non-existent.
Just like your power.
Just like your creativity.
It's always there.
And right now the invitation is to let it integrate.
Trust that anything that gets to be integrated within you is integrated now.
Whatever fear you've released.
New belief you welcomed in.
Whatever habit you let go of.
Whatever version of you you're embodying more of.
It's integrated into your cells.
You don't have to do anything for it.
It's here.
Breathe.
Allow your awareness to draw lower down your legs.
Inviting so much presence and ease into your lower body.
All the way to the soles of the feet.
To the root of your body.
Feeling the connection with the earth.
That which holds you.
That which makes everything so tangible.
And you,
This human,
This embodied soul.
You get to be in between.
In between the tangible earth grounded energy and the divine law of the universe.
You are both of that.
And in the darkness of your insides,
Your light shines.
Even if it's dim at this moment,
It's here.
So let yourself recognize your inner light right now.
How does it feel to connect with your light?
If you don't see it or feel it,
Can you trust it's in there somewhere?
Keep breathing.
Knowing that the light is always here.
We're going to close this meditation by taking three long,
Slow,
Deep breaths.
Bringing you back into the now at your own pace.
Sinking back into the space you're in.
Allowing yourself to be held.
Find a smile in your heart and a smile on your face.
