Becoming aware as you turn the attention inward of the bodily sensations.
Without special interest,
There's nothing about them.
Also noticing this inner space.
The inner space that has no boundaries.
And has no conflict.
Conflict may appear in it.
Maybe some thought,
Some sense of struggle may appear.
Last for a while but will always disappear again.
It takes no effort to be here.
You already naturally are here.
You already naturally are.
It takes no effort.
Acknowledge this.
And this being is already quite enough.
It is by itself peaceful.
Loving and through love,
Energy and joy.
This is your natural state.
Joyful.
But don't worry even if you don't clearly experience joy or peace or love.
It is included but not noisy.
This is quite silent.
Quite silent here.
Total silence and peace.
The thing that makes a little noise to itself is the thinking.
The thinking mind.
The being.
The presence remains undisturbed.
You know this.
If any image is formed in the mind somehow,
Notice it's just an image.
Nothing's wrong with it but it is conditioned.
It will come and it will go.
We don't need to hold on to it because you are already here.
With or without images.
Rest in this presence.
Normally we give a lot of attention to whatever the mind brings up.
Many problems and challenges,
Ideas and plans,
Unresolved memories and so on.
And so we get this continuous feeling of happenings and busyness and uncompleteness.
But if you pay close attention or even not close but just if you notice you are already here.
Not here as a place but here as a presence.
You are.
And it is quite enough.
Acknowledge this space,
This being.
It will bring you to your heart.
It will bring you to your soul.
When we are just here and still things will appear,
You may notice the body breathing.
You may notice sounds.
You may even notice some chatter in the mind.
No need to hold on to or reject any of that.
The being remains anyway.
No need to hold on to that.
Maybe we could really compare it to someone in an apartment that's completely stuffed with all kinds of things and complaining there's no space.
So all this one needs to do is to let go of all the stuff and clutter.
Let go of too many clothes that you never wear,
Too many plans,
Flyers of travels,
Too many old memories that you never need again,
Too many books that you will never read.
It's just a comparison.
It's never exactly the same.
But if you let go of all that,
You will notice there's so much space.
And opening the windows,
The space is endless.
Opening the windows means everything can just come and go.
The air can come in and go out.
There's no holding on.
And I'm finding there's plenty of space to breathe and be.
So also here,
No need to try so hard to hold on to a certain feeling or hold on to a certain image or thought.
These are all mind efforts.
You are much wider than that.
You are before that.
You already are.
You are now.
So even if a storm comes up in the mind and the mind is so confused and noisy or wild,
Then don't be so interested in getting control.
But just know that you are seeing this.
You can even label,
Ah,
Storm.
But by that it is so clear that this is just mind,
It is not you.
You are seeing it,
Observing.
You were here before the storm and you will be here after.
The body will feel calm and warm or wild and disturbed.
And you are seeing it.
Even this you are not.
Whatever experience is just temporary.
You know this.
Whatever experience it will come,
It will stay but also change little by little and it will go.
And we are here,
You are here.
Rest in this.
So during the day whatever happens in the busyness of life,
You may remember that whatever happens you were already here and you will be here.
There is an enormous silence and peace in that.
But it's quiet.
So you may forget but with only just a change of attention you will know.
Peace is already here.
