Getting yourself comfortable,
Adjusting your position,
Closing over your eyes if you haven't already done so and taking a deep cleansing breath in through your nose.
And exhaling and feeling your body relax a little bit more into your space.
Noticing your feet on the floor,
On the ground.
Noticing your back against your chair.
Focusing on your breath.
Now inhaling deeply and slowly and exhaling.
And on your next inhale,
Imagine drawing in fresh energy and clarity.
On your exhale,
Releasing any stress or distractions.
And now in your mind's eye,
I want you to visualize a beautiful clear blue sky.
Just blue,
Free from any clouds,
Any clutter.
And let us imagine this clear blue sky is a fresh start.
It's free from any distractions,
Any noise,
Any clutter.
Allow yourself to feel open and ready for new possibilities.
And now let us think of a simple intention for the day,
For the rest of your day.
Maybe it's I approach tasks with calm and clarity,
Or I am open to new opportunities.
Choose your intention and repeat it silently to yourself.
Letting it resonate through your body.
Now notice that beautiful intention written across that clear blue sky in your mind.
Now bring your attention back to your body,
Back to the feet on the floor,
Your back against the chair.
Notice the chair within the room,
The room within the house,
The building.
Take a few more conscious breaths in,
Feeling refreshed,
Feeling centered and energized.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes,
Take a moment to notice the sense of reset and readiness to continue your day.
