This practice relieves symptoms of anxiety and stress with an energy practice called the Crown Pull from Donna Eden in her book Energy medicine. Much of our stress has to do with our thought patterns. The brain contains a huge amount of energy from processing thoughts. Often energy becomes stuck in an energetic loop around the head. We will be releasing that energy and stimulating the vagus nerve which aids the body in moving out of the stress response and into rest and digest.
