It's important to acknowledge that there may be moments of discomfort during this journey,

As you confront your inner reality and truths that might be difficult to digest.

This discomfort is a vital step in becoming the best version of yourself.

As you prepare to delve into this meditation,

Throughout this meditation,

It's not always easy,

Now,

Take a deep breath,

A breath that symbolises your readiness to initiate the changes needed in your life.

Inhale gently,

Filling your lungs to capacity.

While keeping your shoulders relaxed,

Hold that breath for a count of 3 seconds,

And then exhale slowly,

Releasing all the air.

Feel the tension drain from your shoulders as you do so,

As you continue.

It may help to close your eyes.

Don't worry,

If you happen to fall asleep this meditation,

Your subconscious mind will absorb any wisdom that you've come across.

With your eyes now closed,

Envision a mirror standing before you.

In this mirror,

Observe your reflection with meticulous detail,

The expression on your face,

The emotions in your eyes,

And your overall posture.

See this reflection as if it were another person.

Disregard any negative feelings or judgements about yourself.

Begin by examining your mouth and lips.

What can you discern about this person?

Do you notice any movement,

Such as a subtle smile or a quivering lip?

Tune into the emotions that you feel when observing your mouth.

The mouth often reflects external influences,

Such as people or situations.

Take another look and try to decipher what your mouth is trying to convey.

If clarity eludes you now,

That's perfectly fine.

Answers may reveal themselves later.

Now shift your focus to your eyes,

Gaze into your reflections eyes,

One at a time.

Observe the colours,

The light and the pupils,

This may evoke strong emotions,

So be patient with yourself,

Know that this experience can only lead to positive outcomes.

What are your eyes trying to communicate to you?

The eyes are the windows to one's soul and can tell a story in intricate detail.

If you detect any sadness or negativity,

Look deeper into the pupils.

You will begin to see the person you've envisioned for yourself.

Initially you might see mere outlines,

But with time,

The vision will become clearer.

Now step inside your own mind,

Travel through one of your reflections eyes,

Through the pupil and into the realm of your own thoughts.

It's quieter and calmer here,

Allowing space for contemplation.

Those positive aspects you imagine for the person you aspire to be will gradually come into focus.

Notice how your face appears more relaxed and carefree in this mental space,

And your body posture exudes tranquility as you venture further.

You notice faint outlines of people approaching you,

There's no need for apprehension,

These individuals are your allies.

Radiating with positivity,

They extend their warm greetings and congratulations for you,

In acknowledging the first steps that you've taken towards change.

Their smiles and gentle pats on the shoulders infuse you with positivity.

Take a moment to absorb their energy,

For this is just the beginning.

With the key to change firmly in your hands now,

One of these supportive individuals offers you a golden substantial key.

They guide you towards a set of steps,

Leading to a door bathed in a welcoming white light.

As you smile in gratitude,

You proceed up the steps.

In this moment,

Embrace any slight anxiety that may flutter in your abdomen.

It's a natural reaction to the first steps of change,

However,

This unease will swiftly dissipate.

Upon reaching the top step,

A radiant white light beckons from the keyhole of a grand door before you.

You insert your key,

And as you turn it,

You imagine that you are unlocking your limitless potential.

The only limitations that exist are those within your mind.

As the door swings open,

You leave negativity behind,

The radiant white light envelops you,

And you observe your hands,

Arms,

Body and feet immersed in this luminous embrace.

Special. Thank you πŸ™πŸ» Vanessa, I can assure you that the voice is not AI! This is the way Christian speaks in his recordings. Most of his meditations are designed to help people sleep. His voice is excellent for falling asleep to, and I’ve been doing it for years now, along with many others. But perhaps it seems a little different in a meditation like this. I don’t know if you’ll read this again, but I do want to say that he is a real person, a very caring one. perhaps you might wish to check out his YouTube channel, which is called Meditation Vacation . He’s been putting out these meditations for years, since before AI became in addition to our lives in the same way that it is today.
