Hello and welcome to this deep sleep affirmation meditation.

These affirmations will gently guide you and lull you into your deepest sleep.

All you have to do is listen to them and believe in them as you hear each one.

Repeat the affirmation either out loud or in your mind,

So making yourself as comfortable as possible,

Your journey to sleep is about to begin.

I am going to relax and sleep deeply tonight.

I am putting my mind and body into neutral.

I sense my mind calming down and my body softening.

As I breathe in,

I receive a sleepy sensation.

The pace of my breathing slows down.

I am beginning to feel comfortable and safe.

As I concentrate on the stillness I sense,

I slowly descend further into my bed.

I now feel comfortable enough to switch off my thoughts and go with the flow.

I can feel my stresses and worries evaporating.

Any negative thinking I am experiencing fizzles out.

I hear only the frequency of peace.

My mind and body are tuning in to the frequency of peace.

I recognise that my breathing is becoming more gentle and relaxed.

I sense a strong urge to completely let go of all my tensions and worries.

I let go completely.

I find this moment to be very safe and peaceful as my mind begins to guide me into sleep.

As I begin to fall asleep,

I see only positive images in my mind.

The more I let go,

The more I relax.

The calmer I become,

I am aware that there is no limit to how relaxed I can be.

My mind and body align with calmness.

I am noticing that as my mind slows down,

There is nothing holding me back from going to sleep.
