Welcome.

Allow your body to find a position that's most comfortable for you.

And when you're ready,

Allow your eyes to sharpen their focus.

Becoming aware of all the colours that you can see before you.

Noticing their textures.

Noticing their vibrancy.

Noticing lines.

And what is pleasing to you?

What is pleasing to you?

What is pleasing to you?

Become aware of all that is man-made.

And focus on what is from the natural world.

And as you acknowledge all that is before you,

Just gently allow your vision to soften.

Perhaps closing your eyes.

And taking a deep breath,

Enjoy the sensation of your breath.

And as you acknowledge all that is before you,

Just gently allow your vision to soften.

Perhaps closing your eyes.

And taking a deep breath,

Enjoy the sensation that this moment of quiet brings.

You can enjoy this moment to completely relax.

And as you relax,

Allow yourself to become aware of all the sounds around you.

All you can smell.

And as you relax,

Allow yourself to become aware of all the sounds around you.

All you can smell.

And all you can feel.

And as you relax,

You will feel the And now with the next deep in-breath,

Imagine breathing in a healing colour that will help you relax mind,

Body and soul.

Breathing it deep into your lungs.

Noticing the sensation,

The relaxation of all those muscles and your diaphragm,

Your ribs and your chest.

With each deep in-breath,

Allow that healing colour to flow all through your chest.

Noticing the sensation as it moves to your heart.

And with each deep in-breath,

The brightness and vividness of that healing colour extends all over your chest.

Filling it with peace and filling it with joy.

And with each deep breath,

Just say to yourself,

Just for today I let go of fear.

Just for today I let go of anger.

Just for today I let go of judgements about other people and about myself.

Just for today I let go of blame.

I breathe away all the external things that define me.

My role at work,

In my family,

In my home and in my community.

And I ask myself the question,

Who am I?

Bring your thoughts to be guided by each deep breath.

And as you maintain your focus on your breathing,

Again ask yourself,

Who am I?

What inspires me?

What inspires me?

What brings me joy?

What makes my body feel good?

What does my body need to feel healthy?

What do I wish to believe?

What do I wish to become?

Who are my mentors?

The people that inspire me?

What do I dream I could do in a perfect world?

Who do I dream I could become in a perfect world?

What things can I do to step into my power today?

How can I truly connect to those around me?

And as you continue to breathe in that healing colour into your heart and lungs,

Just allow it to expand,

Radiating out around your entire body,

Filling it with light and peace.

Feeling its movement inside you.

And with each deep breath,

That healing colour becomes even more vibrant,

Expanding it out and up through your neck and shoulders,

Up into your head,

Sending it down through your arms,

Down into your stomach and abdomen,

Down through your hips and pelvis,

Radiating all the way down to your feet.

And allow that healing colour to intensify and become even more vibrant.

You can even imagine that healing colour emanating out through the pores of your skin,

Creating a beautiful aura of light all around your body.

And then allow your heart to open even more,

Sending that healing colour of unconditional love to someone you care deeply for.

And picture them in your mind's eye as they receive that healing light.

And then send a warm wave of that healing light and unconditional love to family and friends,

Acquaintances,

To work colleagues you know.

See it rippling out to each and every one of them.

And then send a warm wave of loving kindness to people further out in your community.

And imagine that healing wave flowing all around the world,

Connecting people and healing hearts.

And then send a warm wave of that loving kindness to family and friends.

And imagine that healing wave flowing all around the world.

And with each deep breath,

Allow yourself to feel connected to all that is around you,

All that supports your life.

Feeling gratitude for all you've achieved and all you are.

And when you're ready,

Just allow your body to become aware,

Feelings and sensations,

Hearing the sounds around you,

Gently opening your eyes and coming back to awareness.
