Establish settled sleep, reduce anxiety and build confidence. This practice is a story and meditation with background music that children can drift off to sleep with. It will also help build resilience and reduce separation anxiety. Suitable for ages 4-10. It has a 13 minute guided meditation with 20 minutes of background music.
