It might be a teacher or a friend or another child.
Even someone you've seen on the TV.

Noticing if there are any new colors being added to your blanket.
Notice how it feels to have it wrapped around you.
Now think of someone who always speaks their truth.
Someone who's fearless and can roar like a lion if they ever need to.
Yet someone who is kind.
And weave those qualities into your blanket.
Feeling it wrapping around your skin.
Helping you to feel protected and safe.
You might even notice that your blanket is becoming a part of you.
And now there's one more thing to place into your blanket of protection.
And that's the vision of who you want to become.
To make the magic strong.
You must put into it a picture of who you wish to be.
You can imagine being funny.
You can imagine having lots of friends who love and respect you for who you are.
You might put into your blanket imagining doing all the fun things that you enjoy.
Learning new things at school.
Having the most incredible creative ideas that will help you to change the world.
And the more you put into your blanket of protection,
The stronger and safer you feel.
Knowing that you can become the most amazing person ever.
And the more you imagine this blanket of protection,
The happier and safer you feel.
The calmer you feel.
And the more you wrap your blanket of protection around you.
The more love you feel in your heart for your family,
Your friends,
All the incredible things that you're going to make happen.
Each and every night when you lie down to sleep,
You can imagine your protective blanket surrounding you in bed and wrapped around you wherever you go.
