We are going to take a moment to quieten our minds,
To help us to feel really relaxed,
Calm and safe.
Because whenever we do this,
Our bodies relax,
Our hearts feel happier and we learn things much more easily.
So begin by lying on the floor or on a mat or on a bed with your hands on your chest and just start to allow your body to relax.
You can imagine your arms and legs feeling comfortable and heavy.
Noticing where your back and legs touch the ground.
And imagine that where they touch the ground,
They feel even more comfortable.
And with your hands lying gently on your chest,
You may feel a little more relaxed.
And with your hands lying gently on your chest,
You might start to notice your heart beat.
And with your hands lying gently on your chest,
You might start to notice your heart beat.
And with your hands lying gently on your chest,
You might start to notice your heart beat.
You might even notice the rise and fall of your chest as you start to breathe in and out very slowly.
Notice how your hands move as your chest rises up and down with each deep breath.
And you can even imagine your arms and legs moving slowly and slowly as you breathe in and out.
And you can even imagine what it feels like if you were to breathe in different colors of light.
What does it feel like to breathe in a deep red color?
It might smell like apples or strawberries,
This deep red color.
And it flows from your chest all the way down to the bottom of your spine.
This deep healing red color helps you to feel strong and safe.
And the more you breathe in,
The safer and stronger you feel.
And now I wonder if you can imagine breathing in a beautiful bright orange color.
And if you can imagine breathing in a beautiful bright orange color,
It might even smell of oranges.
And this bright orange light flows from your chest all the way down to the bottom of your chest to just below your belly button.
Feel that orange color flowing there.
And this beautiful orange light helps you to feel creative and happy.
Just notice that happy feeling as you imagine all the things that you control or make or do with your imagination.
And now you can imagine breathing in the color yellow.
It might smell of lemonade or bananas or something delicious.
Just imagine breathing in that beautiful bright yellow light and it's filling you with energy.
And you can send all of that energy to an area just above your belly button.
Notice what it feels like to feel so full of energy,
Yet you're still lying beautifully still.
And this energy helps you feel excited and full of energy.
And this energy helps you feel excited for everything that you can learn and do each and every day And now you can imagine breathing in a beautiful bright calming green light.
It might remind you of the smell of mint or limes.
And you can send that peaceful green light to your heart.
And as you remember all the people that you love,
You feel your heart filled with love for them.
And as you feel this love in your heart,
You can send some of it to them as a warm wave of green light flowing from your heart to theirs.
And in your mind you can see them and they can feel that green light reaching their heart.
And you notice that the more love you send to them,
The more love you feel in your heart.
And as you feel that love in your heart,
You can feel that love in your heart.
And as you feel that love in your heart,
You can feel that love in your heart.
And as you feel that love in your heart,
You can feel that beautiful bright calming blue light.
It might even smell of blueberries.
And as you send it to your throat,
The area all around your throat fills with the sounds of laughter and all the things you want to say.
All the things you might even sing.
Your throat feels light and free.
And now imagine breathing in dark blue light into your forehead.
You might imagine it pulsing.
You might imagine it pulsing.
You might imagine it pulsing.
And filling you with a feeling of peace and calmness.
As though someone is gently stroking your head.
And now you might imagine breathing in a beautiful violet or purple light right into the very top of your head.
It might smell of your favorite perfume.
It might smell of your favorite perfume.

And as you imagine breathing in that beautiful purple light,
It allows you to feel connected to everyone else around you.
To your family.
To your friends.
To your neighbors.
To your teachers.
Everyone you know.
Everyone that lives in your area connected by this beautiful purple light that's growing and expanding.
Filling the room.
Filling the building.
Filling your whole neighborhood.
Filling your whole neighborhood.

And now I'd like you to bring your attention back to your hands lying on your chest.
And just notice them rise and fall as you take each deep breath.
And as you take each deep breath,
You can begin to feel your body and mind.
And when you're ready,
You can begin to wriggle your fingers.
Wriggle your toes.
And if you need to wake up now,
You can just gently take a stretch,
A deep breath and open your eyes.
And if you want to sleep,
You can just allow your eyes to so comfortably close,
Knowing that you're beautifully calm and safe.
