Setting Intention To Have A Magical Week

Just settle into our seats here.

And the first thing we're gonna do,

I like to start many of my meditations in this way.

Just kind of with your eyes open,

Looking forward,

We're just going to open up and,

Ah,

Nice breath.

So we're gonna switch our focus.

So as you're looking straight ahead,

We're gonna switch from looking at one particular thing and just open up to our peripheral vision.

Taking it all in,

To our left and our right,

Up and down,

Just taking in our entire field of vision all at once rather than one particular thing.

It's like a little switch goes off.

That this takes us out of our thinking mind and puts us right into our being mind.

Right into this present moment.

It's a great way just to shift into that deeper part of ourselves.

It's like we're turning off everything else,

All the noise within our head and all the analytical stuff.

We're switching into our right brain.

Just taking it in.

This is a perfect way to get in this present moment.

All right,

So once you kind of feel that switch,

Let's go ahead and close our eyes if you're comfortable doing that in meditation.

We're still just breathing normal,

But we will do some deep breaths in a moment.

And again,

Not everybody's the same,

So if you don't like to close your eyes,

Of course you're not required to do what you like to do with your eyes.

So now we're gonna take in,

I always like to do three deep breaths.

That's my signal to my body and my mind and my soul that this is meditation time.

Breathing in,

I like to envision just a golden white light entering in through the nose and filling up every single spot of my body.

And then I like to hold the breath in for a moment.

And then as we breathe out,

We're gonna envision just letting all the tension in the body go away.

Envision all the thoughts and concerns in our mind go away.

And then just the last one,

Just envisioning any extra static that's still there,

Just all that falling away.

So let's just all together breathe deeply in through our nose that golden white light.

And hold it in for just a moment,

Noticing the sensations in the body.

That golden white light permeating every single cell,

Fiber,

Molecule,

Atom,

All the space in between,

Just becoming pure light.

And then as you exhale,

Just gonna let all the tension just fall away,

Just feeling our bodies melt right into our seat or yoga mat,

Cushion,

Whatever we like to use.

We're gonna take in another intentional deep breath through the nose,

Golden white light.

Hold it in,

Just filling again every single fiber of our essence,

Even through whatever image of your mind,

Of your thinking parts or your experiencing part that you have.

Golden white light just infusing through that as well.

And then exhaling,

Just letting all the thoughts that might've been in your head earlier today,

Any worries for tomorrow,

The grocery list,

All that stuff,

We're just gonna let it all trickle away.

Kind of floating away as if we're right at the center of a clear,

Calm,

Flat pond,

Or an open field,

Something that feels good to you.

And one third and final deep breath in,

Golden white light entering through the nose,

Fully permeating every single bit of our being,

Including that part behind the watcher,

That part of us that just experiences,

Just watches the thinking,

Just watches what's going on.

So that still small voice,

Golden white light infusing and linking up mind,

Body,

Soul all together.

And then there's that full exhale through your nose or your mouth,

Whatever's most comfortable.

Just allowing that third final deep breath in to send that signal.

It's like our meditation bell,

Telling our body,

All of our being what we're here to do right now.

So now we're just gonna continue to breathe normally,

Nothing forced,

But fully.

And we're gonna pay attention to that breath,

Noticing as it enters in through the nose,

As it goes through the windpipe to our lungs.

If you push out with your belly and breathe with your diaphragm,

Noticing how the oxygen gets transformed in our lungs into a form that gets picked up by the bloodstream,

Circulated throughout the entire body.

No spot is left without it.

Turning back through,

When it turns from an inhale to an exhale,

And then leaves our body.

Just paying attention to our breath fully,

Fully present.

That's gonna be our anchor,

Our focal point right now.

So along with that peripheral exercise that we did at the beginning to kind of switch our left brain into our right brain,

We're gonna do another exercise for right now,

Without moving our bodies.

Bringing our attention to maybe our hands,

Maybe our feet,

Maybe our nose.

Everybody's body's different.

I like to feel it first in my hands.

So without moving your body,

Without touching or anything,

Just noticing how do you know your hands are there?

How can you sense them?

So we're tuning into that energetic body there.

This is one of my favorite things that I learned from Eckhart Tolle.

Just a great way to bring us right into this present moment.

Everything else disappears.

Fully allow yourself to feel that.

You can even expand it a little further.

If you're with your feet,

You notice it there,

Then notice that feeling expanding into your calves and shins,

Your forearms.

Maybe it was your nose that you were sensing it in.

Just notice if you can extend that sense of your energetic body back in your face.

It really is amazing.

Our mind,

Body,

Soul connection.

So feeling that energetic body.

Directing our consciousness with our mind.

And I want you to bring awareness to what it is that's behind it all that's just observing.

Not directing,

It's not causing any movement.

It's simply the observer.

That is that part of us that existed before we were born into this body.

That this is in alignment with your beliefs.

That part of us that is changeless.

That as our bodies changed from being a baby to adolescence and so on,

And our minds changed from learning,

Forgetting,

And experiencing.

That part that's just watching really doesn't change.

It's that part of us that will continue on after we leave this body behind.

Just simply to experience.

From that space,

We're just going to observe the breath.

Observe the feeling of the energetic body.

Just allowing us to go more deeply into a state of relaxation.

We're fully into that present moment.

Calm and peaceful.

Still a small place within.

Let's take just about a minute just to be there and observe this.

Okay.

Now I invite you to just open up your field of possibilities.

Putting up your mind to that idea that what we're putting in our consciousness interacts and creates this physical reality.

Creates in the collective consciousness with those around us.

Just with the smallest,

They say,

Mustard seed grain size of faith,

Knowing that right now,

As we put our attention to this upcoming week for each and every one of us,

We can create a more harmonious experience.

A week that is in alignment with our deepest essence.

And as we do that,

It truly creates a magical experience here on this planet and in our life.

So I invite you to just allow something that comes to mind that you would like to experience in a higher way this week.

It's a job,

An activity that you perform at your job.

Maybe you don't work at all.

And maybe this is a week that you were going to experience something that calls to your soul.

Maybe it's just being present with your family.

Any number of things,

Just something that comes to mind that you would like to do.

A place of true intention,

Bringing a little bit of the sacred into that.

I just want you to visualize yourself in that activity,

Performing it at a higher level,

Maybe in a little sense of awe of how well it's going.

There's any sensations,

Feelings that arise.

Maybe there's a smile on your face because you know that this is coming from a deeper place.

Feeling of being in the zone.

Asking your deeper self,

What is one thing that it wants you to know that's gonna help make this a reality?

Asking that our higher self,

What is it that you can bring from this experience right now into your awareness that's gonna help make this activity more magical?

Having that sense,

That sense of experience.

If you're ready,

You can move on to another experience.

What else would you like to do or experience this week?

Maybe something you'd like to just attract into your experience.

What would you like to manifest and have show up in your life?

Experience maybe an object,

Maybe a person,

Maybe a financial surprise of abundance.

Just envisioning what that might look like.

And also acknowledging that our higher self,

The universe,

Sometimes knows even better than what we do and what might be our best experience.

So we don't get too locked into what that image is gonna look like.

Just knowing that it's that or something even greater.

Having faith that it's all leading us in that right direction.

Through our intention,

We're pointing our,

Pointing the bow of our boat in that right direction.

As we do that behind the scenes right now,

Just invite you to imagine all the little intricate pieces that are just rearranging,

Just to create an experience perfectly for you.

Whatever that image looks like in your mind,

The universe is bringing it all together.

As we go through this,

We're present.

We're able to listen at a deeper level to those around us.

And when it's time to express ourselves,

We're able to speak from a place of infinite mind,

Clearly,

Concisely,

Tapping into that part of ourselves that is connected to the infinite wisdom of the universe,

Drawing just the right words at the right time.

And that our bodies are pulling from the deep pool of life force to bring our bodies into an improved physical alignment,

Optimal state,

To help us navigate through this week,

Perform,

And excel.

And then imagine pulling from a pool of golden white light,

Just the highest essence of the universe.

Love with a capital L is the purest of energy and consciousness right into the center of our being,

Just making everything meaningful,

Purposeful.

It only takes our intention and awareness to truly bring in profound into our life.

And then just setting a reminder for ourselves to a few times throughout the days coming up,

Throughout this week,

To remember just to take a moment every now and then.

Even sit and close your eyes if you're able.

And just take a breath,

A conscious breath.

Just lining up our mind,

Body,

Soul again.

Just knowing that whatever activity you enter into following that,

You experience it at a deeper level.

And then one last thing that I always like to do,

That this is inspired by the Maharishi Effect,

The study done around Transcendental Meditation.

Practitioners,

They have a certain amount of people in metropolitan areas to just see by sending out,

Meditating on increased peace and harmony,

That they had an effect on the area around them.

I absolutely believe that as we bring our attention of greater peace,

Calm on this planet,

And especially joining it with others at the same time,

That we can send out desire to see more peace on this planet.

Every little bit,

Every little thought contributes in some way,

But as we continue to have more people meditating,

It is definitely a growing practice in humanity right now.

Slowly but surely that shift in our consciousness on this planet is occurring.

Just allow whatever vision,

Whatever image comes to mind.

I like to picture as if love is a golden white light just flowing out from me in all directions,

Just completely covering the entire globe,

Running through streams through that,

Connecting with all the other things that are in the world.

Running through streams through that,

Connecting with all the other people on this planet who are also envisioning a more peaceful,

Harmonious,

Abundant,

Equitable existence for all of humanity.

That as my intention trickles out in all those streams,

And as I'm connecting with all those others,

That it just creates a bright white light that just surrounds this planet,

Lifting up the minds,

Waking up more people to the possibility of what is out there.

As we make this shift in our own presence and awareness,

It does affect the collective as well.

Always starting within,

Always contributing to the whole.

I like to finish this with just an imaginary,

It's my energetic body just reaching my arms out and just holding the planet in a comforting,

Cradling,

Hugging way,

Knowing that the energy of the infinite is behind me.

Behind me.

Showing up as me.

Each of you is the same energy,

Same life force that flows through us all.

All connected.

We see peace in our lifetime,

Starting from within.

Just invite you to accept my gratitude for taking this time today,

For sending positive thoughts to yourself,

Through yourself,

Through the entire world.

I'm grateful for your co-creation on this.

I invite you to offer yourself gratitude for taking this time,

For being present,

Exploring more deeply within.

That's where it all happens.

If there's that place within you,

That peace and calm,

That you can return to that place anytime,

Truly,

By just observing the breath,

Making that switch in your mind.

So as you send that love out,

I invite you to allow it to return,

That it's an ever-ending cycle,

Just always flowing through you.

And the more that you're able to send that out,

The more it's able to return to you.

It just improves and increases that frequency.

Knowing that that is through you,

Protecting you,

Just keeping you perfectly where you need to be right now.

I just invite you to let out a final breath of this meditation.

We'll start bringing our awareness back into our body,

In the physical area around us.

Meditating indoors today,

Perhaps some of you are outdoors,

Wherever you're at.

Just as we come out of this,

Knowing that we come out in the perfect state of refreshment for whatever it is that comes following now,

Depending on where you're at in the world,

Where you're at in your day,

However your life situation is,

Just knowing that you have a renewed and fortified sense of well-being.

As you feel comfortable,

You can allow your eyes to gently open,

Allow a gentle smile on the face.

Just knowing that even the space around you right now feels a little electrified,

Charged,

A little more,

In tune with all that is.

That's what we are.
