Someone's frustrating you right now. We're not going to pretend they're not. This is a short heart-centred practice for the moment when a person or situation has a grip on you — and you can feel yourself about to react. Using the breath and rose gold light in the heart, we loosen the knot around what you're carrying and open a little space. Not to bypass the frustration. Not to excuse behaviour. Not to talk yourself into tolerating something you shouldn't. This is about giving yourself the room to act from clarity instead of reactivity. Because the goal was never to change them. It's to change the version of you that walks into the room. Come back to this one whenever you need it — before the hard conversation, after the difficult email, or any time you notice you're carrying something heavier than it needs to be. As always, we rise together.
