The Stillness Method: Reset Your Nervous System In Minutes A Day

With Cara Greenslade

The Stillness Method is a 6-part course designed to help you understand, regulate, and reset your nervous system so you can feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded in your everyday life. This course is built for real life—not perfect conditions. Whether you’re navigating stress, busy schedules, emotional overwhelm, or simply feeling disconnected, this method gives you practical tools that actually fit into your day. At the core of this course is a simple and effective structure: theory, application, and meditation—so you don’t just learn the concepts, you experience real change. What you’ll learn: How your nervous system responds to stress and why it can feel hard to “switch off” How to move out of fight-or-flight and into a calm, regulated state How to use your breath as a direct, real-time reset tool How to recognize your body’s early stress signals and respond with awareness How to build simple, sustainable practices that support long-term change What to expect: Each session follows a clear rhythm: Short, science-based teaching to give you clarity and context Practical tools and real-life application you can use throughout your day Guided meditation to help your body integrate and land in stillness Reflection prompts to deepen awareness and make the work personal This course is not about escaping your life—it’s about learning how to meet it with more presence, steadiness, and clarity. You don’t need long rituals or perfect conditions. You just need a few minutes and a willingness to return. By the end of this course, you’ll have a set of tools you can come back to anytime you feel overwhelmed, reactive, or disconnected. Stillness isn’t something you force. It’s something your body remembers.
