If you’ve ever felt like you needed to quiet yourself, soften your words, or stay small to feel safe — this 2-minute reset is for you. This short guided meditation supports nervous system regulation while gently reconnecting you with your voice. Through steady breath and grounding affirmations, you’ll soften tension in the throat, widen the chest, and create space internally before speaking externally. No forcing. No fixing. Just space. If you've ever felt like you had to hold your voice back to stay safe,

This is for you.

Sit comfortably,

Close your eyes if that feels okay.

Place one hand on your throat if you wish,

The other on your heart.

This is your voice returning.

Begin with a breath in through your nose for four,

And a wave like audible breath out for four.

Again in for four,

And out for four if it feels good.

Continue that breath.

Let the breath soften your body.

With each breath,

Allow these words to land.

No forcing,

No fixing.

Inhale,

My voice is safe.

Exhale,

I don't need to hide it.

Inhale,

My words are welcome.

Exhale,

I release the fear.

Inhale,

I speak with clarity.

Exhale,

I trust myself.

Inhale,

I am heard.

Exhale,

I am enough.

You may have learned to quiet yourself,

To soften your truth,

To make yourself smaller to belong with others.

You don't need to shrink to be safe anymore.

Your voice doesn't take up too much space.

It creates space.

Take one more deep breath in for four,

And out for four.

Keep breathing as your throat softens.

Let your chest widen.

My voice is my breath line,

And it's safe for me to be fully here.

You can return to this anytime.

Feel free to place it on loop,

Share it with someone who might need it,

Or subscribe for short meditations.

We rise together.
