Adopt a comfortable posture with your back straight,
Your shoulders relaxed and the crown of your head facing the sky.
Close your eyes and begin by taking some conscious breaths.
Now bring to mind the thing that you've been struggling with.
You might like to name it or hold an image that represents this struggle in your mind.
And as you do that feel the sense of contraction in your body.
Notice what that's like.
And also notice any automatic thoughts or emotions that emerge around this struggle.
So observing what you find but without hooking onto those thoughts or those emotions.
So watching until they dissolve under your sustained awareness.
So letting go now,
Fully letting go of those thoughts,
Those emotions.
Watching them dissolve.
Now sense the clear space that is all around you.
The clear space that's in your body,
Surrounding your body and way out in the distance.
Breathe it all in,
This clear space.
Feel that sense of ease in your body.
You can feel the sense of ease because you're releasing,
Releasing resistance,
Releasing pressure.
Releasing the need to control.
Releasing the need to know the exact steps forward.
Releasing the need to know how,
How the thing is going to be done,
Solved,
Transformed.
Feeling in your body a sense of acceptance of what is.
Knowing that through this acceptance,
You can access the fullness of your creative potential.
Through acceptance you are now able to merge back into that ocean of oneness.
Knowing that the more you release,
The more you expand,
The more everything can flow.
Now bring to mind an image of the future where things are different.
You are wiser,
Stronger,
More abundant,
More connected and freer than ever before.
What does that look like?
Where are you?
Who are you with?
What are you doing?
What are you wearing?
Noticing how you're feeling in this moment.
Knowing that you are free because you decided in this moment and the next and the next and the next.
You decided to release all the resistance to allow yourself to expand into all that you are.
Simply allow the flow to bring you safely to your destiny.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Releasing and expanding.
