It's easy to become wrapped up in webs of thought that lead us down painful avenues. But at any moment, we can remember the bigness of what we are, by shifting out of the judging mind and into a feeling state. By observing without attachment. In this meditation, you will come back to yourself, as you pass through four doors to neutral perception: body sensations, physical touch, sight & sounds. Let go of the stories and expand into your loving, peaceful, powerful, and infinite true nature.

In the present moment we break free.

The storylines of pain,

Limitation and lack dissolve.

Remains is the bigness of what we are.

Conscious energy which is everything.

You are everything.

You're bigger than the daily irritations.

And even the sizable life challenges.

Let the present moment bring you back to this truth.

Get into a comfortable posture.

Have your back straight,

Your shoulders relaxed.

And let the crown of your head facing the sky.

You can leave your eyes open or closed.

The first doorway is body sensations.

What is your attention you want to rest on?

Is it your breathing,

Your chest rising and falling?

Whatever sensation you notice,

Let it anchor you to the present moment.

Be curious.

How does it feel?

If you get distracted,

Let your thoughts dissolve as soon as you realise.

Notice.

Notice.

Notice.

The second doorway is touch.

Rub your hands together slowly.

Place all your attention on how it feels.

Notice all the grooves of your hands.

What's the texture like?

The temperature?

How does it feel in your fingertips as you rub your hands together slowly?

How does it feel in your palms?

Again,

If you become distracted,

Simply let go of your thoughts and replace your focus on the sensations of touch.

Notice.

Observe.

Feel.

The third doorway is sight.

Look at an object in front of you.

Notice the colours,

The shades,

Patterns,

Shapes.

Look with curiosity,

With wonder,

So you've never seen anything like it before.

If you become distracted,

Simply replace your focus onto the sight of this object.

Observe.

Notice.

The fourth doorway is sound.

Listen.

Listen without judgement.

Just follow the sound.

Thank you to the here and now.

What's the closest sound that you can hear?

Maybe it's your breath or something else.

If you become distracted,

Simply refocus your attention to the closest sound that you can hear.

Listen.

Observe.

In the present moment we break free.

You're infinite.

You're everything that you've always wanted to be.
