Explore MeditationClarita Briz is a dietitian with a master's degree in Counseling and Mental Health, and a PhD in Psychology. She is now a Level 2 qualified MBSR teacher trained at Brown University School of Professional Studies and also a teacher for the Mindful Eating-Conscious Living program. After 25 years of private practice as a Dietitian, Clarita now dedicates her time to teaching Mindfulness and Mindful Eating and as a University Professor for topics related to the psychology of nutrition and health behaviors. Her greatest hope is to share Mindfulness as a way to improve people's health through teaching and research.
