Details

Breathe in the pure Highland air as mist rolls over ancient forests and the silver surface of Loch Ness. This retreat unfolds in a world apart — where time slows, senses awaken, and the quiet rhythm of nature becomes your guide. Our intent is simple yet profound: to offer a sanctuary where you can lay down the weight of daily demands and rediscover your inner stillness. Over eight gentle days, the wild beauty of Scotland and a thoughtfully crafted program work in harmony to ease stress, spark creativity, and deepen presence. What makes this journey unique is the fusion of mindful nature connection, creative expression, and the magic of place — from forest‑bathing under towering pines to shaping earth‑pigment art alongside a local Highland artist. Add in excursions to storied castles, the crystalline Fairy Pools, and evenings warmed by fireside laughter, and the experience becomes more than a getaway. It’s a return to what truly matters, with a small circle of kindred spirits sharing the path.

info

5 out of 5 starts Emma was such a calming presence for meditations. I really enjoyed the sharing and laughter within the group, the beautiful surroundings, both within the accommodation and the surrounding landscape. The walks and mindfulness activities in nature combined with the morning mindfulness meditations really was profound and relaxing.

FAQs

Guest requirements

  • Our forest bathing sessions last approximately 2 hours and take place on natural trails with uneven terrain, including dirt paths, gentle slopes, and forest ground.

  • While the pace is slow and meditative, participants should be able to: walk comfortably for extended periods (up to 2 hours), navigate mild hiking conditions (roots, rocks, soft ground), be outdoors in changing weather (rain gear recommended).

  • To ensure everyone feels confident and prepared, we conduct a video interview with each participant ahead of time. This allows us to go over the terrain, answer questions, and make sure the experience is a good fit for your needs and comfort level. If you have any mobility concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re here to support you.

The remaining balance for the retreat is due 60 days prior to the start date. If this balance is paid earlier than these 60 days, you are eligible to cancel and receive a full refund of this remaining balance, provided you do so at least 60 days before the retreat begins.
