Lately,
I have been breathing in sets.
And I thought this method might be useful to you if you're looking to both release and reset yourself,
But then you also want to raise your vibration too.
So I call it the Release,
Reset and Raise method,
And it combines both breath and intention.
So,
Want to try it with me?
Wherever you are,
Sit back safely,
Close your eyes,
And take a moment to try this.
Give yourself a moment to settle the breath.
Place your right hand on your belly,
Your left hand palm up,
Open to receive.
And as your breath calms,
Take your first breath in through the nose and just hold at the top.
This is your release breath.
You will release everything that is weighing on you with one simple breath,
Saying the word out loud,
Release.
So release that breath and say release.
The second breath,
In through the nose,
Hold at the top.
We'll do the same thing.
This time we say the word on the out breath,
Reset.
This allows us to give ourself time to integrate.
And the third breath,
All the way in,
Hold at the top.
We will intentionally raise our vibration,
Also raising our chin,
Lifting our face to the sky,
Bringing gratitude into the belly with our hand and breathing out,
Raise.
Okay,
Think we got it?
Here we go.
Deep breath in,
Hold.
Deep breath out,
Release,
Hold.
Deep breath in,
Hold.
Deep breath out,
Reset,
Hold.
One more,
Deep breath in,
All the way to the top this time,
Filling the belly,
Filling the lungs,
And hold.
And a big deep breath out,
Raise.
Release that last breath if you want on a sigh,
Or take another deep breath in and sigh it out.
Here we go.
Deep breath in,
Hold.
Deep breath out,
Release,
Hold.
Deep breath in,
Deep breath out,
Reset.
One more,
Deep breath in,
All the way to the top this time,
Filling the belly,
Filling the lungs,
And hold.
And a big deep breath out,
Raise.
And in three breaths,
We have simultaneously released what no longer serves us,
Reset and balanced our chakras,
And raised our vibration with gratitude.
Beautiful.
I hope this helped you.
If it did,
Pass this on to others.
Thank you for breathing with me.
Namaste.
