So let's go to the market now.
We will breathe,
Open our throat chakra and connect to the people of the world.
We will open and expand,
Share our true self and shine our authentic light out into the world and be open to receive.
So sit back,
Open your mind's eye and say,
I am open to receive.

Take a deep inhale and exhale.
Another one.
Deep breath in,
Centering yourself.
And breathe all the way out,
Releasing.
And on our next breath,
Arrive at the marketplace.
You step out into the world,
Alive and refreshed.
You are outfitted to perfection,
Feeling your best self,
Beautiful in all of your magnificent glory.
You feel whole and complete and ready to revitalize the world with your light.
And as you walk,
You breathe into this feeling of confidence.
You see smiling faces,
Beautiful stands of creations of all kinds on the streets,
Fresh fruit,
Trinkets,
Treasures.
And you feel your heart center warming as you think of all the stories each creation holds.
You see the passion behind the people of the market and you warm,
Feeling love inspiring every inch of you.
Breathe into this moment,
A moment of connection with community.
For we are many,
But we are one.
This is your time to connect and shine the brightest.
You breathe and walk and reach out,
Joining hands with fellow citizens,
Feeling their bright energy and their passion for life fill your cup.
Breathe into this feeling of alignment with the world now.
You share your story and smile knowing that it has rippled out into the world,
Eager to help others along the way.
And with each stranger you meet,
You are more and more aligned,

And as you breathe,
