Welcome to your anxiety slowdown.

The calm between moments.

This is your pause before everything.

So close your eyes.

Let the world pause around you.

Let the mind slow.

And let the moment be.

We're going to drop into our energy now.

Inhale slowly.

And exhale gently.

Take a few deep breaths here.

Breathing in life force energy in the nose.

Releasing anxiety through the mouth.

Envision this happening with your breath.

Breathing in white light force energy.

Breathing out dark force energy.

With each breath we call our power back.

Breathing in.

And releasing out.

Drop into your energy at the crown of your head.

And feel for a gentle pulse.

It's the light waiting to be let in.

And light fills our body down,

Down,

Down.

Breathe into this rhythm of being together.

Calm.

Calm.

Feel your quiet strength building.

The ember in your chest always waiting to expand.

And so we ask now ourselves,

Our higher selves,

And our divine support system for guidance.

Release any negative thoughts.

Bring me into my body and allow my light to shine.

Three deep breaths here into this gratitude of self.

You are divinely protected,

Supported at all times.

Sink into this feeling and soften.

One last deep breath in.

Affirm with me.

I call my power back now.

I return to myself fully.

I release what was never mine to carry.

I stand rooted in my truth.

Beautiful.

Take a gentle breath in here,

Sealing this wonderful new light-filled energy in.

Roll your shoulders with gratitude and when you open your eyes,

Smile.

Remember,

What you give your energy to grows.

So let it grow or let it go.
