A Heart Center Meditation. Open. Receive. Soften. This meditation invites you to gently turn your attention inward and nourish the sacred space of your own heart. So often we give love outward—to others, to causes, to the world. This practice is an opportunity to reverse that flow, to send love in. With each breath, you'll be guided to soften the armor around your heart, allowing compassion, warmth, and acceptance to move inward. Using visualization, breath, and subtle awareness, you'll reconnect with the innate love within you—not something to be earned or proven, but something that has always been there. Let this be a space of restoration and self-honoring. A space to receive your own tenderness. A space where you are enough, just as you are.
