I'm going to start with a few deep breaths in through the nose,
Out through the mouth,
Breathing into your belly.
Take a moment to say good morning to yourself.
Good morning body.
Good morning mind.
Good morning spirit.
Let's get connected.
As you breathe,
Set an intention for your day.
Open your heart to gratitude.
Know that you deserve this time.
We're going to do a few arm sun salutations.
As you say your first prayer,
Move them slowly up with your breath and out with your breath.
Imagine you are the sun rising in your mind.
Bring it back home to center.
Come back home.
Breathe.
Let's go back up,
Rising like the sun.
Our connection is growing stronger.
Our mind is opening up.
Our body is feeling relaxed.
Our spirit is waking up.
Let's bring it back home again.
Arms rising together,
Centering,
