Out through the mouth.
Breathing into our belly,
Let's take a real deep breath as we center.
Step into your body and just feel where your energy is at the moment.
This is an emotional meditation,
Give yourself grace,
Patience as you navigate this.
We all have a past.
It's beautiful,
Sad,
Happy,
But it's a part of us.
So let's breathe deep into our past now.
Go there if you want,
Stay here if you want,
But just breathe through it.
One more deep breath in,
Setting the intention of letting the past be what it is,
The past.
Breathe with me.
Goodbye past,
My beautiful,
Heartbreaking,
And exhilarating past.
You are filled with memories that both light me up and break me down.
Thank you for being a part of my journey.
There was once a time I didn't know it would mean so much.
You would mean so much.
And now I realize I didn't take the time with you,
Dear past.
For that,
I am sorry.
Let's breathe into the connection to our past now.
What's coming up?

Is it painful?
Is it joyful?
Perhaps it's both,
As we sit and admire you,

I remember you,
In fact,
I will never forget you,

I know it matters.
I know there are things that we cannot change,

We're here,

We cherish those memories,

The weight is too much.

Where is the love?
Find the laughter,
The peace.
It will always be with you.
Those that we've loved,

Those that have stayed,
