Welcome to your energy clearing meditation.
I'm Kaylin and I'll be breathing with you today.
Get comfortable,
Back straight.
We're going to start with a few deep breaths,
Centering our energy to begin clearing,
Making room.
The world around us is filled with energy.
We carry it inside of us every day.
So we need to clear spaces and unblock stagnant energy from our mind and bodies to achieve harmony.
We're going to open up some space today and let it flow while we meditate.
We're going to clear our energy field arms out and just sway them as you breathe.
Deep breaths in and just move your arms side to side,
Opening up the energy space around you,
Clearing out negative auras.
As we breathe,
Just have the intention of clearing out that energy,
Cleansing.
Back to center,
And just breathe.
We are all made of energy,
So important.
Keep it clear.
We're going to do sweeping motions with our hands and we're just moving it around,
Moving the energy through us,
Opening up pathways as we breathe.
Again,
The intention is cleansing,
Clearing,
Releasing.
Just breathe and sweep.
Nice.
Back to center,
Just breathe.
All the negativity seeping away,
Allowing space for new.
Deep breaths.
We're going to open up the energy in front of us and help it to move arms out in front,
Up and down.
Again,
The intent is just to move this energy.
Breathe and move.
Feel it flowing.
Back to center,
Just breathe.
Now we're going to just sweep the arms side by side,
And just moving that energy on either side of us.
Breathe in and up,
Breathe out and down.
Do what feels good.
That's letting that energy in,
Replacing the old.
Do what you can.
Just breathe through it.
Back to center,
Feeling the release,
Restoration.
Just breathe.
Now we're going to draw good energy in,
Set an intention of bringing forth positive energy into your heart center and into your core,
Sweeping the arms towards you.
Feel good energy replacing bad,
Good vibrations,
Filling yourself with that positive light.
Breathe.
Good.
Hands to heart center for a moment of gratitude.
I'm grateful for all that I am,
All that I have,
And all that I will become.
Just breathe.
