Let's walk on the beach,
Wherever you are,

You can breathe,
You can sit,
You can walk,
You can lie down,
But we are going to take a brain vacation.

Before you,
You see a beautiful beach.
It's not the kind of beach you've ever seen before.
It's effortless.
The waves move perfectly in rhythm,
Rising and falling over and over.
You start to walk slowly along the shoreline.
You breathe deeply in,
Noticing the fresh,
Salty air.
You instantly feel your mind begin to loosen and unwind.
The sand beneath your feet is cool.
Each step is unhurried.

And the water laps at your feet.
With every step you take,
Your mind grows quieter,
Calmer.
So you pause and look out at the water.
There's a gentle breeze,
The warmth of the sun on your skin,
And the ocean carries you away.
Far beyond the horizon,
It stretches out,
Out so far,
And your breath begins to match the waves,
In and out,
Peaceful,
Easy.
And as you walk,
The sand sinks beneath your toes and you smile.
Before you,
You see seashells in the water,
Moving with the sound of the waves and the quiet rhythm of your steps.
Your body is so relaxed.
You take a deep breath of the fresh ocean air and let the beach soak into your soul.
You stay here,
Watching the birds pass.
You slowly walk,
Picking up shells,
Realizing how grateful you really are for this moment.
Breathing calm.
The clouds float by,
And the sky is so blue.
After a while,
You sit,
Soft on the sand,
Listening to the waves wash in and fall back.
And with one more deep breath in,
You put a hand to your heart,
Grateful,
Knowing that you can always come back to this beach.
It's always inside of you.
