Welcome to your alchemy of anger meditation.
My name is Kaylin and I'll be breathing with you today.
Get comfortable,
Straight spine.
We're going to start with a few deep breaths in through the nose,
Out through the mouth,
Breathing into our belly.
Close your eyes and breathe.
Deep breath in as we tune in and let it all out.
Another deep breath in,
Releasing.
Let's take one more deep breath in,
Setting the intention to alchemize our anger.
Just breathe with me.
This meditation might take us a bit to unravel the anger that lives in us.
It may be rooted.
Give yourself grace as we breathe together.
We will not label it.
We will simply sit with it.
Breathe.
Hello anger,
Old friend.
I recognize you and I know you're trying to help.
You have helped me realize that there are things I simply cannot control and that they are attempting to control me.
Today I connect to you,
Anger,
And I accept your message.
I know that you are fierce,
Anger.
Passionate.
I know that there are depths to you that I can't even begin to understand.
All I can do is make space for you.
But I am also setting boundaries so that you don't consume me.
I have a place for you,
Dear anger.
And you do fuel me to be better.
To do better.
But you cannot overpower me.
No longer.
Let's breathe into our root chakra now,
Where our anger lives.
Breathe into the fact that we are safe.
We're secure.
Knowing that anger will not take hold.
It will not take over.
It will simply show us the path toward forgiveness.
Toward healing.
Breathe and drop into your root chakra now,
At the base of your spine.
And just feel the rage.
Just for a moment.
Feel the fire.
Is it hot?
What has its hold over you?
Who has the power?
You or your indignation?
Let's breathe into releasing.
Breathe into letting go of whatever's got its grip.
You are allowed to let it go.
If it is causing you pain,
It's time to say goodbye.
It is okay to invite peace where anger used to live.
You can hold on if you need to.
It will always be there.
But it will not take over.
It's okay to come back when we need to fuel up.
And remember,
It can be powerful.
But you are more powerful.
And peace and love will always win.
So we replace our anger with kindness today.
And we breathe into this grace.
Together we breathe and say,
I love you anger,
But I let you go.
Just for today.
It is time to purify and start anew.
For you,
I am grateful.
You've shown me my thresholds.
You've shown me I deserve better.
You've shown me how strong I truly am.
Let's breathe into this new space we've created.
No blockages.
No darkness.
Only love.
Thank you anger.
Thank you.
And as we end this session,
Let's ground these feelings with three breaths.
Breathing in love.
Releasing anything that no longer serves us.
Breathing in peace.
And releasing any anger left over.
Breathing in clarity.
And releasing any doubts.

And listen to the peacefulness.
The stillness.
You created that.
Anger has no hold over you now.
