Stretch all that energy.
Bring your awareness to your body.
Feel the support,
Steady grounding and let yourself arrive fully in this moment.
And gently repeat the following affirmation silently or out loud,
Whatever feels right to you and breathe.
I am grounded,
Calm.
I welcome today with openness and curiosity.
I am enough just as I am.
I move through this day with confidence.
I am filled with love,
Light.
I trust in my ability to handle whatever comes my way.
