Catherine Njeri is a yoga teacher from Nairobi, Kenya. She has been teaching and practicing yoga and mindful practice since 2009 and is passionate about creating world-class wellbeing leaders in Africa using the transformational practice of Yoga. Catherine is the first Kenyan woman to lead a 200-hour yoga teacher training in Africa. When she isn't leading meditation, yoga sessions, or leading training, Catherine is a proud mum to a baby girl. She also enjoys braiding her daughter’s and friends' hair.
