As you're aware of the body breathing,

How does the physical body feel here in this moment?
Continuing to breathe and connect in with the physical body.
Now the mental body.
Just noticing the mental body.
The quality of thoughts on this brand new day.
Just noticing what's here,
What's with you,
What's present.
Simply breathing and aware of the mind.
Receiving all that is with acceptance.
Just simply observing and noticing.
Shifting awareness now to the emotional body.
Just noticing what you're feeling right here in this moment on this brand new day.
Not what you should feel or feel you must,
But what you actually feel right here,
Right now.
Breathing and softening into what you're feeling right here and right now.
Now coming to just think of a word or two in your mind that describes the state of being you have right here in this moment.
In your mind just coming to say,
I am,
And then what is that?
In this moment just to recognize the here and the now of this moment.
And now as you consider stepping forward into your day,
Coming to connect with what you want.
The want can relate to today specifically,
Or maybe it's a want that relates to your life,
Something you're moving towards,
Something a little bit bigger.
Just come to connect to what you want.
In your mind just finishing the statement,
I want.
More than one word may come up.
Just follow what it is.
If only one word comes up,
Just repeat it a few times in your mind.
I want whatever it is.
As you state that statement,
Really feel it in your body.
I want,
Let that I want statement really be felt inside.
And now moving into action.
What can you do?
What can you step towards in your day today?
As simple a step as it may be to allow you to stay in alignment to what is here in this moment.
Coming to the statement,
I choose.
What are you choosing for your day?
And it may be more than one thing.
As you come to the statement,
I choose in your mind,
Really feel the statement that's becoming clear to you.
And now to allow yourself to melt into trust and faith and to know that there's support surrounding you,
I invite you to complete the statement,
I ask the universe.
What do you ask the universe?
Understanding that and really being in a state of pure faith and trust as you come to that statement.
So coming once again to connect to I am.

Coming to seal it by cultivating a sense of joy and finishing this last statement,

Now taking a few deep breaths just to breathe in how you're feeling in this final moment or two.
Allowing your hands to connect palms together in front of your heart space.
And just gently,
If you're in a seated position,
Just bow your head down towards your hands.
If you're lying down,
You may just like to stay there or come to a seated position to do so.
Just taking a moment just to bow down to yourself and to your connection to the support that surrounds you.
