Coming to a comfortable seated position or come to lie down on your back.

Allowing yourself to be comfortable and warm.

Come to bring your attention to your breath.

Just simply watching the ebb and the flow of the breath as it enters and leaves the body.

The inhale fills the body and the exhale allows all that's no longer serving you just to release and let go.

The breath comes in filling you up,

Fingertips to toe tips.

And the exhale releases just letting go of every last drop.

As you breathe,

First come to be aware of the physical body.

Just notice the way the physical body feels right here in this moment.

Not changing anything,

Just awareness.

And then coming to be aware of the mental body.

Just noticing the mind,

The quality of thoughts.

Just receiving all that is here and now with acceptance.

And now the emotional body.

Connecting into how you're feeling here in this moment in time.

Receiving it all with acceptance.

And with all that's here,

Just breathe a few more deep breaths with deep acceptance.

That everything that's here in the now is perfect just as it is.

Just seeing it,

Honoring it.

Noticing that as you see,

Receive and accept it,

It just becomes okay.

And ease comes to it all.

Just breathing in deeper acceptance.

And breathing out any judgments or expectations.

And just to finish off,

Just bringing,

If you're a female,

The left hand to the center of your chest.

If you're a male,

The right hand to the center of your chest.

And then let the opposite hand come on top of that.

This is a way to connect into your heart.

The home of your soul.

The dwelling place of your truth.

And as you take these last few breaths,

Just see if you can hear what wisdom the heart is here to share with you today.

Take as long as you need here.

And thank you for taking this time for yourself today.
