Begin to be aware of your breath,
The flow of the breath entering and leaving the body.
Switching your awareness to your breath as you just start to let go of your day.
Just let go of any of the pieces you've brought here with you.
Just letting them go.
Letting your inhale to breathe full,
Deep,
Complete breath in,
Pausing at the top.
And exhale fully and completely letting every last bit of air out,
Pausing at the bottom.
Inhale slow,
Steady,
Full,
Complete breath in.
Pause for just a moment at the top.
And then exhale fully,
Completely and pause at the bottom.
Coming to three more full,
Complete breaths just like that.
Staying focused with the breath as you breathe.
Maybe even just quietly in your mind,
