Come to a comfortable seated position or lie down on your back.
Ensure you're comfortable and warm.
Begin to deepen your breath.
As you deepen your breath,
Just become aware of the breath as it enters and leaves the body.
Just noticing if it's easier for the inhale to come in or if it's easier for the exhale to come out.
Just noticing with loving awareness,
Not judging or needing to change or shift anything,
Just awareness.
And now with this beautiful flowing breath,
Just come to be aware of your physical body,
How it feels here in this moment in time.
The parts that feel sweet and the parts that feel comfortable and the parts that don't feel as comfortable and don't feel as at ease.
Just breathing loving awareness into it all.
Breathing loving awareness into all the physical parts.
Now breathing awareness into the mind,
Just noticing the energy of the mind here in this moment.
Just breathing a loving awareness into whatever is.
Perhaps the mind's really active.
Perhaps it's really tired.
Whatever is going on,
Just loving awareness,
Breathing loving awareness into the mental body.
And now breathing as you connect to your feelings,
Your emotions right here in this moment in time.
Whatever you may be feeling,
Just invite the breath to awaken loving awareness of whatever is.
There's no good,
There's no bad,
There's no right,
There's no wrong.
Just breathing awareness of what is,
Inviting loving awareness to however you're feeling.
Now inviting you to bring left hand to your heart center of your female,
Right hand if you're a male,
And then letting the opposite hand come on top of there.
Take a moment to connect here to the heart.
Inviting here in your heart center,
Anything that's concerning you,
Any worries you may be having,
Any difficulties you may be dealing with,
Any pains you may be experiencing emotionally,
Physically,
Mentally.
Anything creating a feeling of dis-ease or uneasiness or unhappiness or stress or overwhelm,
Whatever it is,
Bring it right here to your heart.
There's a beautiful soft pink light here at your heart center.
And allow that concern or worry,
That thing that may be feeling like a problem or an issue,
Bring it here into the pink light.
This pink light is almost like the way we swaddle a baby in a blanket.
Has the energy that the warmth of that blanket gives.
This pink energy is now surrounding whatever it is that you've brought into your heart space that you would like to resolve,
Or that is not feeling good for you at this moment.
So maybe even just start there,
Just inviting the pink light to come,
To wrap itself around whatever it is you've brought there.
Bringing comfort as it surrounds this thing you've brought.
This pink light just brings comfort,
Brings acknowledgement,
Invites loving awareness to be surrounding whatever it is.
Just breathe,
Letting this loving awareness and this comfort surround whatever this thing is that's bringing you dis-ease or discomfort.
The magical thing happens as this pink light surrounds and begins to penetrate this piece.
It starts to soften.
It starts to receive the comfort of this loving awareness.
It's happy to be seen,
It's happy to be held,
It's happy to be recognized.
And now you're left with an option.
You can choose to take the hands that are connected over your heart space and open them up and allow that thing you brought there,
Bathed in this beautiful pink light now to release out from the heart and release up and away.
Or maybe part of it can do that.
Or you can choose to collect it here in your hands for another few moments,
Drawing it out from your heart space to come to connect in front of your open palms in front of your heart.
And maybe you want to then let your hands come to hold an imaginary ball that is this thing you've brought there,
Now giving it an extra hug and holding it,
Letting it know that you're here in loving awareness and knowing it's there.
But that it's okay to let it go in replace of just loving awareness.
In replace of deepening the breath and bringing more breath into wherever that used to live.
And perhaps now it's time to open the hands once again if this piece didn't fly away the first time to let it fly away.
And if it did fly away before,
Just continuing to watch it go.
Maybe part of this piece that wants to hang out in your pocket for another couple of days,
And inviting you to continue bringing it into your hands,
Giving it loving awareness and then letting it have the permission to fly off.
Taking another moment now to breathe into your heart space,
Perhaps placing the hands over your heart once again.
But this time now connecting to the truth that lives there.
And just listening to the wisdom of your heart and what it wants to share with you here in this moment in time.

Receiving that wisdom,
Perhaps even writing it down and letting it be a light shining for you as you move through your day and into the next few days to come.
