By the end of this meditation, you should have more clarity about the details of your manifestations—what you want, and how you want to feel. Best done right before bed or after you wake up. Use this as often as you'd like to evoke & remember the essence feelings of your desires, so you can close the energetic gap between you and your manifestations!

This is Casey.

Welcome to your best live visualization.

This meditation is best done before bed or right after you wake up as you're in your most relaxed state allowing us to communicate with your subconscious a little easier.

So whenever you're ready,

Find yourself in a comfortable position.

You could be seated upright or laying in bed.

Whatever your choice is,

Begin to close down your eyes and begin to pay attention to your breath.

See if you can relax the body as you slow down your breath.

Full deep inhales and exhales.

If you'd like,

Bring a light smile to your face.

That immediately signals to our organs and our cells,

Our whole entire being,

That everything is okay,

That we are safe,

That we're happy to be here.

As you become more and more aware of your breath,

Feel yourself collecting presence.

As you turn toward your inner landscape,

Everything that is outside of you slowly fades away.

So nothing more to do,

Nowhere else to be.

Just attuning yourself to right here,

Right now.

I'm feeling completely relaxed here in this dark void.

This womb space is where we begin to be creative and to visualize,

To feel into the frequency of our best life in our best day.

So still keeping your eyes closed,

Just in your mind's eye start to open those minds.

I imagine you're waking up also as you but in a different timeline,

A different space.

A space that exists nonetheless,

That we are now connecting with.

Your best life,

Your best day.

As you wake up,

Start to look around you.

Look around your bedroom to notice the decor and it could be your usual bedroom or maybe it's somewhere completely different.

As you look around you,

Are you alone or notice if there's someone next to you?

Notice what is around you.

Now start to slowly roll out of bed and see yourself just going for your usual morning routine.

Maybe you head for the bathroom first,

Maybe you go for a meditation,

Whatever it is.

In your best life,

What does your morning ritual consist of?

What brings you the most joy?

What helps you,

Brings you into balance and ease and peace?

How do you start your day?

Spend a few moments to go through your morning ritual.

As you complete your morning practice,

Notice how you feel.

Notice the spaciousness in your heart right now and then see yourself slowly walking toward your closet,

Picking out one of your favorite outfits to wear.

One that makes you feel the most beautiful and most importantly the most yourself.

So that could be anything at all,

A gown,

A suit or maybe your favorite PJs.

As you put them on,

Notice what is it that you're actually wearing.

What's the fabric like?

What are the colors of your choice?

Are there any accessories,

Jewelries that come with it?

Are you wearing any shoes or maybe you prefer to go barefoot?

Now see that right next to your closet there is a full-body mirror.

As you look into the mirror,

See how happy putting on this outfit makes you feel.

Maybe you give yourself a little twirl as you smile at yourself in the mirror.

And now if you'd like to do your hair or do your makeup or maybe just leave it out completely but see yourself just completing your morning practice.

Maybe in the bathroom,

Maybe right here in front of the mirror.

As soon as you feel complete,

Go ahead and leave your bedroom door.

As you enter,

Maybe it's the living room space,

Maybe it's somewhere else in this space of yours,

Your home.

Look around.

What's the decor like?

What's the vibe like?

Is it bright and modern?

Is it cozy with a fireplace?

Start to look around again but really soak in the details.

Maybe there's your favorite book on the counter.

Maybe there is your altar space,

Favorite decorations,

Gifts from friends and family.

As you walk around this home space of yours,

How does it feel like to be living here,

To call this your home?

How does energy speak to you?

Start to see yourself walking into your kitchen and preparing the most nourishing meal of the day,

Your breakfast.

So maybe you see yourself preparing it,

Maybe you are a private chef,

Maybe it's someone else that prepares it for you.

As soon as it's complete,

The dish is done,

See the dish and look around and what is it that you're actually nourishing yourself with?

What's your favorite meal,

Your favorite breakfast like?

Now maybe it's alongside breakfast,

Maybe it's right after breakfast.

See yourself going through your to-do list for the day or a vague idea of how the day is gonna be like.

So whether this is a business filled day or a connection filled day,

Relationship filled day,

In this best life,

Best day,

How would you most want to spend your day?

Who do you most want to spend it with?

What do you most want to spend it doing?

How do you want to be?

So here you're already getting a vague idea,

A brief idea of how the day's gonna feel like,

Look like.

And or a home office or a playroom or perhaps you're leaving your house to meet someone.

Just start to see yourself going through your day.

This best day,

Who is it that you're meeting with?

What conversations are you having?

What makes you feel the most alive?

What are you most passionate about?

For the next few moments,

Just start to feel into yourself going through your best day in your best life.

As your day slowly come into a closing,

As we're approaching the evening,

Once again check in with how you feel.

What were some of the highlights of your day?

Did you spend it indoors or out in nature?

Did you spend it alone or with your favorite company?

Just take a moment to check in with yourself and if you have a journaling practice here,

Maybe you see yourself sitting in your favorite spot,

Maybe in your house or in your cafe,

In the neighborhood,

Just journaling highlights of your day.

Most importantly,

How this day made you feel?

What are some key emotion that you felt?

As soon as you're done journaling,

You can't help but be completely in awe of the life that you've built.

You're so excited,

Your heart is bursting with joy and love and passion that you just want to call up your favorite person in the world and share this passion,

This joy with them.

So see yourself taking out your phone and who is it that you're calling?

Maybe it's your partner,

Maybe it's a friend,

It's a parent,

It's a family member.

And then see yourself sharing your joy with them,

Sharing your life,

Your highlights with them.

This could be someone that you already know or this could be someone imaginary that you know you will meet in this version,

In this best life of yours.

Then right after you share about your day,

See how you're being received and how being received make you feel so cherished,

So loved,

So seen,

So heard.

So you thank this person on the phone and as you end the call,

You're just going to start to unwind from the day.

See yourself returning home if you're not there already.

Maybe there's some cleaning up you do,

Maybe someone else is doing that for you.

As the Sun is setting,

You're just gonna go through your evening ritual.

What does your evening ritual consist of?

Again,

Are you spending this time alone to recalibrate or in community with loved ones?

What are some of the practices that are your non-negotiables that really help you to come back into yourself,

Your essence,

Your center,

Your balance?

And right after this evening ritual,

This practice of yours,

How do you feel?

Now around your house,

Just feel into if there's anything else that you need to take care of and then slowly heading into your bedroom.

And as you close the day,

What are some final,

Final things that you need to do just to complete the day?

Again,

That could be some meditation practices,

Breathwork,

Journaling,

Or just quiet sitting,

Watching the stars.

Or perhaps you're planning out for tomorrow,

For the morning.

Now as you officially close the day out,

See yourself slipping into your bed,

The most comfortable bed,

Closing down your eyes here.

During your final moments of reflection,

How do you feel that this is your life?

Are you fit with gratitude,

With joy,

With awe?

Now start to feel that in your own heart.

Now releasing the visualization journey,

Still keeping your eyes closed.

And everything that you felt during this journey,

This meditation,

Allow those feelings to fill your heart up.

And know that just by feeling it,

That future,

Quote-unquote future,

Is already here.

So often we believe that we need to achieve something,

To have something,

To arrive to something in order to feel something.

And in fact,

So many of the things that we want,

That we desire,

Is because so that we can feel happy or in love or abundant.

And the fact is,

Just through this journey,

This meditation,

You've already felt all those things.

And in that essence of truth,

There's no difference between you and this best life,

This best day that you're experiencing just in your mind's eye.

And the more often you allow yourself to feel into these feelings,

That's how we draw these realities,

These manifestations toward ourselves.

That's how we sync ourselves and align ourselves with our best life.

So once again,

Just feeling into the essence of your best life,

Your best day,

Bring a light smile or a big big smile to your face.

Because just by feeling it,

It is already here.
