This is KC.

Welcome to your evening gratitude practice where we will connect to that heart space of yours,

That effortless flow,

That feeling of complete groundedness and also connection and in that delicate space slowly drifting off to sleep into the medicine of rest.

Finding yourself a comfortable space to practice this meditation either sitting cross-legged or maybe come and lay all the way flat in your bed.

Once you've found your space,

See if you can make yourself just a little bit more comfortable.

Maybe rolling the shoulders down,

Maybe flopping the feet open,

Unhinging the jaw.

Just feel how good it feels to spend the next few moments with yourself.

The sense of this day slowly coming to an end.

Nothing more to do,

Nowhere else to be.

Just here with yourself in the temple of your body connected to your heart space being soul-led.

And to begin practice let's just tune into our breath.

In and out through the nose.

Perhaps taking an inhale through the nose and exhale sigh it out through the mouth if that helps you to relax a little more,

A little deeper.

Everything softening down through the lengthening of your breath.

Deep long inhale and deep slow exhale.

With every exhalation feeling your body become heavier and heavier.

Feeling the support underneath you and breathe into a sense of gratitude for the support.

Maybe also for the support of your body.

And then using the next few moments just effortlessly sending your thanks and gratitude and appreciation to these parts of your body.

It can be as obvious as the feet that carried you from place to place that carried your entire body weight,

That carried you through movements and practice and work and as subtle as the organs that are working around the clock without you even asking for it.

And giving thanks effortlessly and just so naturally to all parts of ourselves.

The words you get to speak,

The beautiful things you get to witness and observe,

The music and melodies you get to hear.

And then slowly expanding your consciousness to the space around you.

What do you feel grateful for?

Maybe starting as simple as having a roof over your head.

Having a comfortable space to do this practice in.

What are some things that perhaps you hardly ever notice but are always there to support you?

And then expanding your consciousness even farther into the day that has just passed.

What were some highlights that naturally come to mind and come to heart?

Who were you supported by?

What were you supported with?

It could be the people you got to meet,

The conversations you've got to have,

The beautiful views,

The yummy delicious food.

Like it's playing like a movie in your mind's eye,

Allowing all these highlights to just come to mind just so naturally.

And can you immerse in them some more hope in your heart?

Really basking in the gratitude and appreciation of it.

Then noticing what the sense of gratitude naturally does to your body.

And perhaps you feel lighter,

More expansive.

Can you feel appreciation and gratitude for this as well?

Grateful for all the ways that you're able and capable to feel grateful.

Appreciating every ounce of this gratitude.

And if there's anything else that are just coming to mind and to heart now that you wish to feel gratitude for,

That you wish to send your gratitude to,

Allowing yourself to do so.

Anyone that you like to thank,

Any things,

Any opportunities.

And then can you send your gratitude to just simply being alive,

Being in this magnificent body of yours.

Being able to sit here in your own practice.

Everything that happened in your journey,

Every little choice that led you to exactly where you are now.

Sending gratitude for that as well.

Then from the space of being completely supported by your appreciation and gratitude,

Just allowing yourself to melt down some more.

Floating through space,

Being infinitely supported by time.

Just how good does this moment feel?

Enveloping you as infinite light.

Feeling of complete groundedness,

Connection and also safety,

Love,

Joy,

Lightness and ease.

Trusting and knowing that you are worthy of receiving all the miracles that you received today and in this life.

And all you have to do is to feel that effortless gratitude.

And then passing that loving miracle to the next person,

The next thing.

Knowing that your light of gratitude has the ability to light up the entire world.

And for that I am grateful for you.

The universe is grateful for you.

And if you would like to slowly wake up from your practice,

You can begin to breathe into the space all around you.

And then slowly blinking your eyes open whenever you're ready or just stay here and allowing yourself to slowly drift off to sleep.

Receiving the well-deserved medicine of rest.

In preparation for another absolutely beautiful and miraculous stay in your life.

Wrapping you in so much love.

You

Today was an important day in our lives and there was plenty to be grateful. Peacefully meditated and through this thanked the Lord for every moment, every thing and for everyone that made this day happen. Thank you for this peaceful mediation. Namaste
