Welcome to your EFT morning practice for an amazing day.

To begin,
Find a comfortable seated position,
Either cross-legged,
Maybe still in bed,
Or on a chair with your feet planted firmly on the ground.
And then gently closing down your eyes,
Just relaxing your arms by your side or in your lap as long as you're comfortable.
Take a deep inhale in through your nose.
Exhale,
Sigh it out.
Beautiful.
We'll start by tapping on the side of your hand in the karate chop point and repeat after me.
This is a good morning.
Today I choose to have an amazing day.
Today is an amazing day because I'm setting myself up for success and I'm allowing myself to feel really,
Really good.
And then tapping on top of the head,
Repeat after me.
Today is an amazing day Today I'm allowing myself to feel really good.
So good that I'm naturally attracting the right people and the right opportunities.
Tapping on your eyebrow point.
Today is the day where everything just flows.
Where everything just goes really smoothly.
Not because I'm someone who can't take up a challenge but because I feel so good that even the challenge that I'm facing feels like a wash.
Tapping on the side of the eye.
Maybe I've heard about the law of attraction where we draw to us the energy that we're vibrating at.
That we attract whatever we give out.
Tapping underneath the eye.
And so I'm taking a moment this morning to set up the foundation for my amazing day.
Tapping underneath the nose.
I'm allowing myself to feel really good and I'm allowing myself to receive an amazing day.
Because I deserve it.
Tapping underneath the mouth on your chin.
Today is the day where I feel so good that I light up every room I enter.
That people can't help but be drawn to my energy.
And so it's a win-win situation.
As I'm lighting up my own system,
I'm also lighting up all those who are around me.
Tapping with both hands underneath the collarbones.
So in some ways,
I'm not just tapping for myself to have an amazing day.
I'm tapping for everyone around me to have an equally amazing day.
Tapping with both hands underneath the ribs.
And that makes me feel even better.
Today hasn't even started yet.
And I am already feeling truly amazing inside out.
I just can't wait for the rest of my day to unfold.
Tapping with one hand on the side right underneath the armpit.
And from here,
No need to repeat after me.
Rather,
I would just like you to visualize with your mind's eye.
So if you haven't already,
Gently close down your eyes and visualize with your mind's eye the emotion that you most wish to feel for today.
As you keep tapping,
Maybe there are events and things that you know you want to see happen today.
You can start visualizing those happening as well.
If not,
Just keep picturing,
Sensing,
Feeling into that emotion that you want to feel the most today.
Infusing your every cell,
Your energetic auric fields,
Blasting your fields with that emotion and feeling.
Beautiful.
Now tapping on your wrist.
If you wish,
You can bring a light smile to your face as you continue visualizing how the rest of your day is going to unfold.
The people you're going to meet,
The amazing conversations you're going to have and the opportunities,
Maybe the surprises,
The magic.
Maybe as you do so,
You sense that your smile is getting wider and wider and that's perfect too.
Now tapping on top of your wrist and just repeat after me.
Today is an amazing day because I'm choosing for it to be an amazing day and so it is and so it is and so it is.
Keep your eyes closed.
You can just relax your hands,
Your arms,
Perhaps back to your lap and once again take a deep breath in through the nose,
A big sigh out through the mouth.
Melting your whole body down.
Beautiful.
Slowly opening up your eyes and you're ready to welcome your amazing day.
