This is Carolyn Healings and we will be doing a meditation on grounding,
Connecting you to Mother Earth and also connecting you to your higher self,
Your source,
Your creator.
This meditation can be done sitting,
Laying down.
This meditation can be done at the beginning of the day to help you feel supported throughout the day.
It's also a good one to do in the middle of the day or at the end of the day.
So go ahead and find yourself in a comfortable space.
You can close your eyes if that's available.
If not,
Just let your eyes stay open at a soft gaze.
Start to notice the support that you have either on your seat or where you're lying down.
Feel the ground supporting you.
Feel your body supporting you.
And start to just observe your breath.
Observe the coolness coming into your nose and the warmth leaving your mouth.
And now I invite you to find the space in your mind that is the analyzer.
I want you to view the analyzer as a dial.
We're going to go ahead and turn the dial of the analyzer to zero.
No need to analyze in this meditation right now.
And now go ahead and find the space in your mind that is the judgment.
And just as with the analyzer,
See it as a dial.
And we're going to set the judgment dial to zero.
There's no need to judge or analyze anything in this moment.
We're just going to let everything be as they are.
And now I invite you to find the space in your mind that is the compassion and unconditional love.
And see both those dials and set them to a hundred so that you may view yourself and anyone else or anything else in a divine light.
Now go ahead and bring your attention back to your breath.
And on your next inhalation,
Just take an intentional inhalation through your nose and then exhale through your mouth.
Go ahead and do a couple of those on your own.
On that exhale,
Really try and get out any stagnant,
Stale air stuck in your lungs,
Stuck in your tummy,
Anywhere in your body.
Just push that stale air out with that exhale,
A full exhale out.
And now on your next inhalation,
Go ahead and send that breath to right around your belly button,
Right in between your belly button and your diaphragm.
This is your solar plexus chakra,
Your third chakra space.
And just allow this breath to clear out any gunk stuck there,
Anything preventing you from knowing your worth and from standing in your power.
Just allow that breath to clear anything that doesn't serve you.
And now from this space,
I want you to visualize the middle of a tree trunk.
See the top of the tree is the top of you,
The branches,
The leaves,
Your head,
Your torso can be as big as you want it to be.
Now from that belly button space,
See the tree continue down past your belly button,
Down past your hips,
Down past your glutes,
Your seat,
Down past the floor,
And let it go all the way down into the foundation and continue down into the soil,
Connecting with nutrients and then continue down past every layer of the earth until it reaches the center core and allow it to puncture the center of the earth,
Rooting you,
Grounding you,
Anchoring you here and now.
Feel your roots fully connect and grab hold of the center of the earth.
And now I invite you to set the intention that anything that doesn't serve you be sent down this grounding cord.
You can ask for specific things or just set the intention.
Fear,
Worry,
Whatever it is,
Whatever it is,
Just let it go.
No need to connect to it or attach to those things.
Just let them go.
And now I invite you to bring your attention back to your breath when you're ready and on your next inhalation,
You're going to send this breath to your forehead space.
This is your sixth chakra,
Your third eye,
And allow this breath to clear out any dust,
Anything blocking you from your vision,
Your inner knowing,
Your inner wisdom and your intuition.
And when you're ready,
Go ahead and bring your attention to about a foot above your head.
This is your eighth chakra space,
This is your higher self,
Your creator space.
And I want you to visualize a white light about a foot above your head and allow this white light to drop down to just above your head,
Which is your seventh chakra space.
And then let this white light pierce the middle of your head and drop down the center of your body.
So let this white light drop down past your forehead,
Past your throat,
Your heart,
Your tummy,
Below that your sacral chakra and below that your root chakra,
All the way to your base of your spine.
And then let this white light break off and go down both arms and flow out past your fingertips and break off and go down both legs and flow out past your feet.
And now let this white light burst inside of you,
Illuminating your inner being and clearing out all blockages of your vital energy source.
Now set the intention that every cell in your body gets rejuvenated by this white light,
Gets healed by this light,
That every cell in your body begins to move harmoniously for the production of you.
Now let this white light expand and grow,
Grow so much that it's now outside of you and surrounding you,
Creating a bubble of protection,
A bubble of light created by you and for you.
Allow this bubble to be as big as you want it to be.
Feel the space of energetic protection that it holds.
Now in this space,
Set the intention that anything that you might need be right here and be brought to you from this space.
You may ask for specific things or just set the intention that anything that you might need be brought to you.
Nothing is too big and nothing is too small.
All we need to do is ask and then allow ourselves to be open to receive it.
Love,
Compassion,
Abundance,
Creativity,
Focus,
Playfulness.
And then when you're ready,
Go ahead and see if this bubble of light is meant to be a specific color for you.
It might already be that color.
Just allow that to be a color that's meant for you for the day,
For this time.
And then when you're ready,
Go ahead and put your left hand over your heart and your right hand over your belly.
And take a moment of gratitude for you,
For taking time out of your day to give and be with you.
And then allow yourself to receive that gratitude.
And this is also a time where you can give gratitude to anyone else or anything else.
There is no rush.
When you are ready to go back into the world,
Just gently and softly begin to flutter your eyes open and move your fingertips,
Move your toes,
And take a deep breath.
