Hello,
This is Carolyn Healings and I'm going to guide you through a standing in your power exercise.
So you should be standing up.
Your feet should be either shoulder width apart or a little bit wider.
Your knees should be not locked,
But not bent.
So just like gently there.
And then go ahead and lean a little to the front and then lean a little to the back and then lean to the left and sway to the right.
You're just activating your feet muscles.
Okay,
And then just start to find that middle balanced space in your feet.
And then from this,
I want you to close your eyes and if it's comfortable to have your hands spread wide and facing up.
So they're on your side but your palms are facing out to the front.
Okay.
I want you to just start to notice your breath.
Start to notice any tension in your body and then activate it to release.
And now take a deep inhalation through your nose,
Expanding your belly fully,
Then your lungs fully and then releasing it all through your mouth.
And really try to breathe in all the possible air that you could get into your body and then releasing all the possible air that you can let go from your body.
And now go ahead and just start to visualize a giant sun above your head and feel that sun as its rays glow down on you.
As those rays glow down and shine on you,
They are sparking the pieces of you that have been asleep.
The pieces of you that are ready to stir and be awoken and be fully a part of your being.
These are pieces that are true to who you really are.
I want you to allow those pieces of you to open and to be.
Feel yourself standing in this powerful space that you are.
Feel yourself surrounded by this divine sunlight.
Feel the pieces of you opening and igniting the fire and power that you are.
Start to breathe in this space.
This is who you are.
This is your true self.
You are standing tall.
You are standing with pride.
And you are standing with purpose.
And then when you're ready to close,
Place one hand over your heart and one hand over your tummy and intend to find yourself back in this power stance,
In this power space at points in the day when you may have lost it or it may have gone away for a moment.
Know you can always get it back.
It is you.
It's still there.
And while your hands on your belly and your hands on your heart,
Take a moment to honor all that you have gone to up into the moment that your spirit joined this world all the way up until now.
The excitement for the greatness and opportunities that are available to your future reality.
And knowing that in order to receive that greatness that is in your path,
You must first be present here and now and to acknowledge that that is exactly where you are.
And I hope you continue your time and your day with peace for your mind,
Love for your body and strength for your soul.
