Welcome to your practice.

In this moment,

Find a comfortable position.

Either standing or leaning against a wall.

Sitting or lying down.

Close your eyes if you wish to and take a deep breath in.

Letting the air fill your lungs and expand your chest.

And as you exhale,

Let go of any tension.

Just breathe.

And as you breathe,

Become the observer.

Observe what's going on in your mind.

Like watching clouds pass in the sky.

There might be bright clouds,

Colored clouds or dark clouds.

Like the changing weather and the changing seasons.

Simply observe the clouds as they pass with the wind.

Now deepen your breathing.

Take a deep breath in.

And with the exhale,

Let go of anything that is not serving you.

Deep breath in.

Feeling your lungs with air expanding your chest.

And on the exhale,

Letting go of tension.

Feel your belly lifting on the in-breath.

And your body letting go on the exhale.

Now deepen your breathing down into your belly.

Feeling your belly button rise on the inhale.

And fall on the exhale.

Now imagine yourself rising above those clouds.

As you look down on the earth.

Observe the clouds.

They may be fluffy and white.

Or colored.

Or dark,

Carrying rain and water vapor.

You are above those clouds.

Safe and protected.

You are feeling peace and positivity within you.

As you are soaring above those clouds.

You are filled with love and joy.

You feel the sun on your face.

And the warm sun shining onto your whole body.

You are free to soar above any challenges.

You are free to create your own happiness.

Feel the love and self-care nurturing your body and your mind.

And as you keep soaring above those clouds.

You repeat those words to yourself.

I am calm.

I am peaceful.

I am safe.

I am protected.

I am free.

I am safe.

I am free.

I am filled with love.

I am creating my own happiness.

Carry this sense of freedom.

Of soaring above the clouds.

Feeling the sun and warmth on your body with you.

You are free to choose how high you want to fly.

And how small those clouds can be.

And as you fly you notice.

There's a wide horizon.

And all the universe around you.

And those clouds become completely unimportant.

As they vanish and disappear.

You are always free to rise above the clouds.

Any challenges.

And create your own happiness.

Take a deep breath in.

Open your eyes.
