Welcome.

In this moment,

Find a comfortable position.

You may be standing or leaning or sitting or maybe even lying down if that is available.

Whatever you choose,

Close your eyes if that feels comfortable,

Then focus on your breathing and breathe deeply into the chest,

The sides of your chest and your belly.

And as you breathe,

Observe what's going on in your mind.

Like watching clouds pass in the sky.

There might be bright clouds or colored clouds or dark clouds.

Like the changing weather and the changing seasons.

Simply observe the clouds pass with the wind as you keep breathing.

Feel the earth supporting you and grounding you.

And with each inhale,

Draw in strength and stability from this earth.

And with each exhale,

Release all tension and let those clouds pass.

Drawing in strength and stability,

Gently opening your chest wide,

Letting the air in.

And as you breathe out,

Relax your chest,

Your shoulders and your neck.

Feel the earth underneath you.

The earth gravity anchoring you and holding you safely.

Repeat these affirmations to yourself.

I am safe.

I am grounded.

I am resilient.

Feel that truth resonate within you.

Repeat again.

I am safe.

I am grounded.

I am resilient.

Then take a deep breath in.

Open your eyes.

Thank you for your practice.
